HOW DOES COMPRESSION SLEEVES HELP? ⇒ The Science Of Squeeze. ⇐ KINETIC compression garments are developed to support you before, during and after the effort . As an athlete, you need a performance solution allowing you to train longer, race stronger and improve your recovery. No matter the race, every athlete needs the very best to perform and to prevent fatigue and injury. Preparing the muscles before a race or a training session, wearing KINETICs will accelerate the warm-up process and, therefore, reduce the risk of injury. By pressing the veins, KINETIC compression technology improves the venous return towards the heart. Consequently, the overall blood circulation is increased : improving muscle oxygenation, preventing swelling and guaranteeing to athletes a feeling of light and fresh legs! Wearing KINETICs during running effort will be beneficial due to the reduction of muscular vibrations. By limiting these vibrations, sleeves will reduce muscle damage, delay muscle fatigue, improve prolonged performances and prevent delayed muscle soreness. The risk of tendonitis, shin splints, and muscular injuries is decreased. Compression will provide an effective support and ensure less stress on joints and tendons! Blood flow activation resulting from using KINETICs compression in recovery will increase oxygen supply, eliminating toxins faster and prevent swelling. Consequently, secondary muscle damage, inflammation, and muscle soreness are reduced and subsequent performances during competition are improved. Compression Sleeves are not just for athletes. KINETIC garments are especially helpful for post-workout recovery, retail, hospitality, flying, travel, pregnant women, nursing, and those who sit or stand for much of the day.PROTECTION WITH COMPRESSION!★ Click the "Add To Cart" button at the top of this page to protect your legs NOW! ★

NO MORE CALF PAIN WHAT SO EVER !!!!!!!!!
I'm 64 years old male in relative good shape who does NOT exercise or jog or run; couch potato of 6'1" and 205 lbs. I HAD been having terrible night time cramps in both of my calfs at 4:00am in the morning for over 6 months since I went to a low carb/keto way of eating. After reading reviews from others in this forum, I decided to order there with overnight delivery. They came ON TIME at around 7pm. I actually put them on about 5 hours before bedtime and could almost immediately understand why runners and joggers wear these as I could actually feel an "umph" in my step around the house as if someone or something was giving me some kind of extra energy. Almost made me want to start jogging again (and maybe I will).BUT THE MAIN POINT THAT I WISH TO MAKE IS THIS: NO MORE NOCTURNAL / NIGHTIME CALF PAIN WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!! Except for nighttime urinations, my sleep was easy and calm. For 3 or more years I've been scouring the internet for potassium and magnesium based foods and supplements with no luck in stopping the 4am calf pain either in 1 leg or both legs. Got real real real frustrating. Now, no more of what to eat or what to take, like apple cider vinegar or that other formula from the Amish which is a combination of ACVinegar, garlic & ginger and also tastes terrible. :-(If you have calf cramps or pain in the middle of the night, consider trying these out. THEY WORK FOR ME. 20 STARS!! and a gigantic thank you to the others who wrote about calf pain relief here on this particular web site. Thumbs UP!

Nocturnal leg cramps, be gone!
I am a person who gets frequent nocturnal leg cramps, or Charlie Horses. When I was on my feet for hours as a waitress, I would come home to sleep and get terrible leg cramps. As an athlete, I would work out on the treadmill and wake up to leg cramps at night. I now take medicine for psychiatric reasons, and as a result one of the side effects I have is akathisia. What I experience now is a worsening of my nocturnal leg cramps, where I get multiple ones every night due to the constant flexing/pointing of my calves and feet. I also get painful cramps in my feet, where my toes involuntarily spread apart at awkward angles. Because of the side effects from the medicine I am on, I am constantly moving my legs and feet, and in general I feel a constant pain in my legs, especially at night. I have a dull, aching pain in my feet during the day. But the medication works, so I stay on it.I bought these compression sleeves to help with my leg cramps. I bought the L/XL size and am glad I did. Even though I am an average-sized female, I thought the L/XL sleeves were a very tight fit. When wearing them, I felt a worsening of the restless pain in my legs, but at the same time, I felt relieved. I didn't feel the need to flex my legs and feet. I guess it sort of felt like I was already flexing them, without actually doing it. The real test came at night, when I wore the sleeves to bed. I didn't experience the restless leg movements and was able to quickly fall asleep. I did not have any nocturnal leg cramps, but I did wake up flexing/pointing my legs and feet a few times. So overall, I would say it did what I wanted it to do. It stopped my leg cramps. It didn't do anything for the pain I experience, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. I will continue to wear these compression sleeves at night. As an odd side note, I was out behind the shed in my backyard and found 6 mosquitoes stuck to my legs (I wasn't wearing the sleeves yet). By the time I got inside and washed the blood off my legs, the welts were already there. They were INCREDIBLY itchy. But after I put these sleeves on, I didn't experience any more itching whatsoever!

GREAT SUPPORT WHEN I RUN…IMPRESSED I'm so glad a friend ...
GREAT SUPPORT WHEN I RUN…IMPRESSEDI'm so glad a friend recommended these! I recently started working out and running. I ran this morning and hours later I feel as fresh as if I hadn't run at all. I put the Kinetic Sleeves on right after I'm done running and wear them for the rest of the day. I've heard of people sleeping in them, and they're certainly comfortable enough to. I just haven't. My shin pains are gone. My calves are ready to run much more quickly than before. It reduced recovery time dramatically. One of the biggest issue I had was my tight calves. They were always so tight and sore. During my runs I would have to stop from time to time to stretch out my calves. After workouts my calves would get so tight especially the next morning. I didn't think this would really help because I figured it was just from my tight muscles and not being flexible. I decided to give it a try and purchase one and I Love it! I wore it for running and I didn't have to stop not once! I didn't feel any soreness or anything at all in my calves. It fit comfortably and it didn't bother me one bit during my runs. I wear it for all my runs now and I even sleep with them on from time to time if my calves feel sore and the next morning, it'll feel much better. I also wear it to workout from time to time and I noticed I can last longer with them on.The weekend I got these sleeves, I tried them on and went on the treadmill for some interval training. I was amazed to reach 6.0, then 7.0, and then 8.0 in the same day on the treadmill. It wasn't for very long but literally just a few days before that I couldn't even go past 4.5 without cringing in pain!! It was like magic! I've been a believer in compression sleeves ever since then.In fact, I even got one for my mom since she was always standing on her feet for work and she would complain of her legs hurting. Ever since she started wearing these, she's been feeling fine and feels no pain all day. She says it has helped her tremendously and won't leave the house without it for work.I Highly recommend these to anyone who has any calf or shin issues. But for people without it too it will even help with post workout recovery or even if your legs are constantly tired from a long day of standing/walking.
