It was advise by my nutritionist to have it for my joints and skin etc. Since than I take it. One suppliment is not enough to maintain heath of my body, but it is viatal in my diet. So yes, it is important to me as normally you do not see this intagrated in Collagen products.

I purchased this product following the advice of the Medical Medium amd I am happily surprised at how good it is. It is great to boost collagen production. It also does not contain any of the nasty chemicals that are usually added as fillers in this type of supplements. Recommended.

Firstly the product listing is confusing. It states it contains organic silica and silicic acid in the images in the body of the description, and in the listing photos, but in the actual section on ingredients it doesn't include silicic acid. Apparently the US product has had to have it removed for legislative reasons or something, but the European product has it. So you'd think they would get their marketing materials properly organised. So I was recommended this type of organic silica by a functional medicine type GP in the UK, who was to be honest a bit of a muppet and would believe whatever Mercola wrote without cross checking it for errors. Anyway, I tried to G5 silica and it didn't really do anything noticeable at the time. A decade later I thought I'd try it again after having worsening nails, but so far not noticed any difference. Also for this price they could supply it in a glass bottle and have a better plug in pourer. The existing one has a recess in it with no drain hole, so when you pour the liquid, not only does it kinda go everywhere in spurts, but some ends up in this recess and when you open the top next time and go to pour it, it goes everywhere. So the packaging is really annoying. I will finish the bottle but hope something noticeable happens by that point or I won't bother buying any more.
