Genuine Honey
Lovely honey . Tastes great. Only thing is it comes in a plastic tub but have decanted into a glass jar. I imagine that its the usual sending problem which glass represents.It is genuine honey. What more could be asked for? Something unadulterated is not always the case.

Best customer service - really go above and beyond - note 2kg limit to EU
I live in the EU and ordered three tubs of honey since raw honey is getting harder to find. Through multiple shipping points, the honey packages and containers were broken. The package was seized by the dept of Agriculture as the honey (aka farm produce) exceeded the 2kg to EU shipment allowance for private consumption and they couldn't salvage any of the honey safely to send on the allowed quota. So, I contacted the seller Meden farms to let them know the situation.Truthfully, I didn't have any expectations as it is a small business and having to resend honey doesn't help them in any way - BUT within minutes of my note, Sayd from customer service called me and was absolutely lovely. Even though the issue was with shipping, he was sincerely apologetic and wanted to fix /sort the situation straight away. Still conscious that it is a small business and honey is truly a limited commodity, and if the honey is good - I really want them to stay in business - so we agreed on a lesser amount of honey. Sayd is shipping it by royal mail so it should safely land in EU.... so thanks to Sayd, customer service and Meden Farm - I am VERY impressed by the sweet, lovely customer service..
