NIGHTMARE PRODUCT - DON'T BUY
If i could give this product negative stars I would. I had never backed any products up via Indiegogo or Kickstarter or any of the sites. Then I found these glasses and thought the concept and idea was great. What really made me go ahead and back them was the video they had where they showed people trying them on. It wasn't just an idea, it seemed like they had managed to actually make them. I was told they would be delivered in about 3 to 4 months. It took them more than 2 years to get to me. In the meantime, they changed my status from shipped to delivered so that I couldn't ask for a refund from Indiegogo; after emailing and sending Facebook messages and receiving little to no feedback. I had given up. Well like i mentioned, they were delivered at the beginning of this year much to my surprise.I was excited and tried them on right away only to find that they were basically glasses that had speakers on them with poor quality. In order for me to listen to music and be able to actually listen to it and make out sounds and lyrics; it needs to be almost at full volume and people around me are able to listen to what i am listening to. According to the description; the bone conduction is supposed to make it so that one; i don't have to raise the volume to its full setting to be able to hear and two, people around me should not be able to listen to what i am listening to.The product came with a "warranty card" the card says you have to download some app on your phone and sign up. Then it doesn't work and can't sign you up. It also has the phone number 888-203-6653; i called the number only to hear a busy tone every time i call. Needless to say this has been a NIGHTMARE and the most unprofessional company i have ever had the chance to encounter. I would highly advise Amazon to rethink their partnership with them.
