Great little rollers. It's easy to self-massage accessible areas like neck, shoulders, legs and hips. Husband required for back. I wish I could pop out the roller for a thorough cleaning, but because it's all plastic (no metal), I just run it under warm water and add a little dish soap and roll the ball around to clean the inside. This is really just necessary because I use massage oils.Also, I have small hands and they fit perfectly - not too small, just right.

Make sure if you are using these massagers to help with the result of Bell Palsy that you have the correct facial points for the 7th cranial nerve which causes the palsy. An OT person should be able to show you were they are.

Amazing! No hair getting caught up etc like others have mentioned, just one incident of scratching that's when the roller wasn't held/rolled correctly n was tilted all the way to the side from its vertical axis, that's when it was a slight scratch the person getting their back massaged felt. But definitely easier than using your hands and thumbs, feels great and if you're giving a family member a massage it's so effortless and easy to do so and everyone loves it.

I got a moderately severe case of Bell’s palsy 11 months ago and still have some residual effect as the nerve regenerates. Unfortunately these roller balls did not help.Product is well made however.

So easy to use. I purchased that ball last week oh my God I can see a big difference with my face and my lips. 11 years ago I got pregnant with my first baby I had Bell’s palsy i never knew having kids could change your body like that I was worry so much that my face would stay like that forever but one night I was talking to my friend after work and she saw my face, she said to me oh no you need to do some research about that then I went online that’s how I found that ball thank you so much love it and I would recommend to anybody no lied.

Absolutely worth the money! I've seen them in stores for $15/ plus for one not the set of two. Something with such a simple concept provides great muscle relief and relaxation. I'm honestly buying them as Christmas gifts as well. It's much easier to use these then using your hands for tension relief. Your hands don't get tired as quickly with these as the ball performs the work for you. Very very pleased.

Product does not work for Bell' Palsy, should have read the other comments before ordering. Have the worst return policy- where you only get a fourth of what you paid for the product. Warning should be placed on this product - order at your own risk- does not perform as advertised. Company is giving people false hopes!
