No dislikes. Delicious and helpful to have at hand when I feel tired and need refreshment. Would definitely recommend

They are a lovely suggary sweet perfect to give you a little boost

As a 70yr old type 2 diabetic using both metformin and insulin there is a finite chance of low blood glucose levels depending on ones food type intake and levels of exercise. I have never had a full "hypo" ( extreme low glucose level) but I am aware if I am heading in that direction ( for me it is unusual feelings of hunger - I carry out a blood sugar tests) . I have packs of these glucose tablets in the home and also carry them when I travel. Flavourings are personal - I happen to like both blackcurrant and orange so keep stocks of both of these tablets.

Pleasant berry flavour, these do their job well. A bit chalky, but palatable for what they are.I use them instead of carrying gels on my long runs - they give you that extra fuel as you need it without faff. Unlike jelly babies these remain uneaten in the house between LSRs!The vitamin C is fairly acidic if you have a sensitive stomach - so bear that in mind.

Being a type one diabetic and always I need to find something to bring my sugar back up I found these to be the best product on the market would recommend them to anybody
