I'd buy again.
Ok, for all of us techs out there. These gauges are very well constructed, and easy to use. 1/4 turn valves, easy to read and understand screen and a ton of info thats takes the "its good enough" out of yoir service.I will tell you the cons- no where to hang/put clamps, unless you clip them on the high and low side hoses. I like to have my gauges ready to go, but the case it comes with is a LAPTOP case. feild peice had a great idea with their bag, slip and go, but UEi put the clamp plug on the front of the gauge, so a slip and go wont work very easy. That is all my cons, little things that ill have to deal with. These gauges are great, accurate and super fast, clamps are tough and rugged (not like the cheep blue ones for k-type plugs) case is a nice hard plastic wraped in a silicone sleve. Will update again after season ends here in FL.

Does exactly what I need it to calculate subcooling and superheat has made field diagnostics faster and more simplified. The unit came with a battery installed you may want to carry a extra one. The unit is easy to use once you know the target number you need the bar graph feature let's you see what's going on especially on a txv unit shows throttle drop and rise which is handy.

Love these gauges
Love these gauges. Comes with cheap azz batteries, so swap them right away. They do not come with hoses, get your own. I am in a high altitude area and you can zero out these gauges. Be aware that the programmed PT chart does not follow, though. Still need that 'above 5000' PT chart.

Reliable, durable, easy to see system info.
I've had this set for 2+ years and love it. My original set came with the strap type sensors with wimpy cord. Upgraded that to the newer clamp type with beefier cord. I work in commercial/ industrial air conditioning and its great to see S/h or S/C in real time. I've also used the temp clamps to diagnose restrictions across filter driers and check valves. I would recommend sanding the copper piping a little to ensure good contact, it helps with a more accurate reading. Durability... These guages are tough! They've fallen through a roof hatch, slipped off a roof, bounced around the back of my service van and keep on going. Value, it depends what kind of Hvac mechanic you are, if you're the guy who's van is a mess, tools are harbor freight specials and use "beer can cold" superheat theory... These are not for you. On the other hand, a good tech, who invests in tools and equipment to be better will benefit from these. Especially if you work with multiple refrigerants like I do...

Awesome gauges.
I have had these for about 4 months+ now.I love the gauges. They are accurate, easy to use and built well. This takes all the guess work out of superheat and subcool.I will not use analog gauges if I do not have too.I would recommend them to about anyone in the field. Yes they are bigger and heavier than the Testo gauges and dont have a "micron gauge" built in, but I do not pull vacuums through gauges.
