After using this product for about a month now, I can honestly say it has a little bit of an impact to my overall skin care, but not a drastic difference. Granted, I take a multi-vitamin everyday, which really helps my skin health already. However, I get REALLY bad dry skin in the cooler months of the year and I have yet to experience and dry skin of chaffing after using this product. Also, my calluses have been healing faster than normal (I lift and get bad calluses on my hands), which I would attribute to the use of this product more than just my multi-vitamins.I'm going to continue using this product and see if it continues to help heal my calluses and resolve my dry-skin issue. As we get closer to winter, my dry skin becomes more of an issue.

If you're looking for any overt changes immediately you'll probably be disappointed. I've used it for a few months now and haven't really noticed much change if any at all. I normally like to try a supplement for six months before I made quality evaluation and either continue using or go on to another supplement.

I really like these pills . Loved all the added vitamins. Took about 3 weeks to see the skin looked more plump and just glowing. I'm still using them. It's been about 2 months now:)

I have been taking these for a couple of months, I still cannot see any difference. I certainly know what the incidents are compared to others.

In the winter I really start noticing the wrinkles around my eyes. I have been using a topical cream for a couple of years, but when I ran out I decided to give this a try based on the reviews. I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and I can definitely see a difference! The lines are less noticeable and my skin feels smoother.

This stuff didn't do much of anything for my complexion honestly. I never had anyone say, wow your skin is looking good, or why is your face more radiant or anything for that matter about my skin complexion and no one even knew I was taking it. Maybe it works for other people. Didn't do much for me.

This has so many vitamins that are wonderful and I know it's working as I have super sensitive, rosacea prone skin that it helps. This also helps my hair and nails...both grow super fast!

So far so good, it's got the things, that's needed.
