Silver colored top appears to be mostly plastic.The Cap might be stainless with inner lip of black plastic.Grinder and the inners look like plastic.Doesn't produce the lovely grind choices pictured in Ad.Grind size is inconsistent.Can't recommend.Made in China.

Love the size and looks of these jars. Down fall is they are difficult to turn/grind, doesn't twist easily. Feels like they shouldn't be grinding anything that it should be just a shaker.

Broke the very first time I used it. I’ve used the pepper one fir a few months and it’s great but just filled the salt and it broke. So disappointed.

I'm the worst and didn't look at the measurements before buying. These are so much bigger than I was expecting, which is fine - it doesn't affect usage. Reason for the 3 star rating is they do not grind the pepper finely at all. I get big chunks of peppercorn regardless of the direction I twist it.

Adds style to the condiment tray. Grinds great.
