I've now bought 2 sets of pots from this seller. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I considered a few other sellers, but I'm glad I went with these.Used these for a couple months now. They're great. Well done pots and the water moves through the terracotta so you can tell it's not glazed or anything.This seller is awesome. They give you a cute little envelope with plastic mesh for the drain holes and cute little colored plastic name tags (the ones that stab into the dirt) so you can label your plants. Adorable. They package very VERY well with styrofoam and I havent had any chips or breaks in my 2 shipments. They really go above and beyond.Only negative is a did get a tiny bit of mold around the ring. Turns out it's harmless to your plants and happens with terracotta a lot, I found out after panicking and searching google. I just took some alcohol on a cotton round and wiped it down just in case and it hasn't come back yet.

Hey, price is about market so I'm fine with that. Had reservations ordering terracotta to be shipped but this is the best packaging I have ever seen, really. You could drop this package and I doubt it would break the pots. The plastic screen included will work well with a piece of broken ceramic or stones over it. The plant markers are a nice touch. I have a bunch of Aloe pups from overwintered plants kept indoors to transplant and these are perfect for that. Winter is too cold in NJ to leave my aloes outside.

These planters arrived quickly, were very securely packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. Perfect for succulents or when you need a larger diameter pot, but one that is not so deep. Would not hesitate to order again.

One of four pots arrived broken. Crack visible on unpacking (see pic). Pot cracked in two pieces. Packaging seemed good, but failed. That aside, pots are as described and the dimensions I was looking for. Terra cotta has a smooth texture. Light weight - I wouldn’t test durability. There was an envelope enclosed with order with an email address on it that said to email the company with any issues. Sent an email explaining situation, but it has been two weeks and no response. UPDATE: Seller responded with a partial refund. I do like the pots and knowing there is responsible seller behind them would give me the confidence to order another set.

A great value and as nice or nicer then ones you can find at big box stores or local nursery centers. Two separate orders have arrived in great shape, solid container shipped without a scratch. The walls and bottom of pot are solid and I look for same durability as any terra cotta pots. The order also included the drsin hole covers that I always include in my pots for drainage as a great detail. I’ll be back for more.

Immediately after opening the shipping box, there's an envelope from the seller/manufacturer which includes 4 plastic mesh screens (to prevent potting media from escaping the pots' drainage holes), 4 plastic plant labels, and a thoughtful message apologizing for the amount of Styrofoam used to pack the pots. According to the message, the manufacturer is trying to find eco-friendly options, but in the meantime, needs to use Styrofoam as pots are easily broken during transport. Also, if a pot is broken, they will refund/replace them.Thankfully, none of my pots were broken. The terracotta pots were true to the measurements on the listing and unglazed/unfinished as described. They're perfect for my succulents. I'll report back after repotting.
