These anti vibration feet worked exactly as I had hoped, significantly reducing noise caused by vibration of a Washing Machine installed on a raised wooden floor. The Washing Machine I used them on is a heavy old Miele. It's very nice to be able to talk in the kitchen during the spin cycle without having to shout. :)Fitting the feet was a bit difficult and is definitely a two person job, but the result was worth it. The feet are cup shaped so the machine feet sit in them, they are not fixed. They are made from a tough but flexible rubber-like material that's quite grippy, so you won't be able to slide the machine once it's standing on them. Fitting them needs to be done exactly where you want the machine to stand. We found it was considerably easier to fit them once we had a torch and used a long slim piece of wood to nudge the rear feet underneath and into place. Lining up the front feet was a piece of cake.It is important to note a few things when using these feet.1. Anti Vibration just means the transmission of vibrations from the machine to the floor are reduced. Your machine will still wobble.2. Reasonable clearance is needed on the enclosed sides otherwise your machine will knock against what it stands near.3. During the spin cycle, very heavy loads seem to cause slightly more wobble by using these feet than without them.4. I'd guess that lighter washing machines might still walk on heavy spin loads, so maybe glue the feet on. (My old Hotpoint machine used to walk, so I found reducing the wash load and using a different spin speed helped)5. The feet are quite thick and will raise your machine up by about 2-3 centimetres.All in all they worked out well for me. Especially for just a fiver which is not a crazy price like some other solutions. I think I'm going to get some for under my Dishwasher too - it isn't very noisy but it might silence it enough for night time use and save me some pennies on my electric.To sum up: This product worked as well as I had hoped in reducing noise caused by the Washing Machine's spin cycle.

Didn't really do much for me, but quite cheap so worth a try. They just absorb mild vibrations as the machine spins and hence make it quieter, but if your machine moves significantly then this won't really work.My machine has a mind of its own and rocks like crazy, only way I managed to stop it is to prevent it having any space to move! It's under a kitchen worktop and I placed some wooden planks on either side to eliminate the space on either side. Planks dont look silly and work amazing! The machine has never moved again!

In my excitement of getting a new washing 8kg machine with up to 1400rpm I completely ignored the prospect of vibration and noise. Everything was checked re-checked and still the machine vibrated throughout the house, like a train passing through my kitchen! Desperately I bought these vibration pads. THEY WORKED! The machine vibrates like crazy but there is minimum noise.The machine is elevated by about an inch so make sure you have sufficient under counter space. It was exceedingly awkward to insert pads then push the machine back into place without the rear pads coming out of place. Just be persistent and keep trying.Just adding: Recently I had to move the machine briefly to get behind. Replacing it, I put a smidge of fairy liquid on the bottom of the pads to help slide them into place. I see others have recommended oil. It helped a lot as it was just little me heaving it back and forwards!Its worth it. Best Buy.

For not a lot of money, they do a good job. My AEG washing machine is moved to 1st floor bathroom which has laminate flooring on an underlay. I wanted these feet to reduce the vibration felt during spin cycle. Not much noise nor vibration can be felt downstairs or next room during wash cycle. The vibration can be felt during full spin but it isn't too bad. I rather have the much reduced noise level now that it is in the upstairs bathroom and take a little extra vibration in the downstairs kitchen during a few minutes of full spin. They will work well even if used on ground floor.My tip is to use a little bluetac to stick 2 of them to the rear feet and have a piece of baking sheet / wax paper under it to slide the machine in place. I also had a piece of plywood where the front two feet rests on while I slide the machine into place. Then tip the machine and remove the baking paper.

We live in a very old house that has been converted into flats with a hardwood floor kitchen. No only was the washing machine vibrating plates off the side but also caused problems for the guy downstairs.Once in place these anti vibration feet worked a treat, for essentially just thick rubber.They were a little tricky to place as our washing machine slots into a work unit the rubber caused a little friction issue when pushing the machine back into but all worked fine after a little brute force.No real downside to these, made a real difference
