The original product I got had Hokonui branding all over it but was completely DOA. I reached out to Amazon and got a replacement with some Hokonui branding and some WarmQ branding.There are two drawbacks of this battery compared to similar others, being its useless phone holder and easily damageable shiny plastic covering. As soon as this bank sees any use, it'll get scratched up, and it'll only look worse over time.There are also two advantages of this charger over the competition, being its wireless charging functionality and full seven segment display readout. These let you charge your phone with absolutely no wires and see the exact charge percentage of the battery so you know how long you have until its dead, or until its fully charged. There are only a few other chargers like this on the market, and the only other one I've tried is also by Hokonui (their 20,000mAh battery), and I feel like these are the two best features you can have on a battery bank.If I didn't get a DOA battery that easily scraped, I'd have given this 5 stars, but that combination aside with the oddly included and oddly useless phone stand, I'll give it 4. It's not a bad battery, but I think there are better options without uselessly glossy finishes.

I love this thing. I mean, multiple times a day I stop and think about how much I love this charger. My iPhone can no longer be charged by a cord, my battery isn’t in the best shape, but I don’t want to buy another one right now. I’d finally pieced together a few far too fragile wireless chargers, either plugged into a charge station or with a portable charger that works I never have to worry about running out of battery when I'm out camping/hiking or just playing Pokemon go. With my phone battery only being 4000mah I'm not stuck charging this power brick every time I use it like I used to have to with my smaller 5000mah brick. Also this power brick costs just a portion of big brand power bricks that offer many less features. I absolutely love the digital read out to know exactly how much battery life is left.

I only give 4 stars because I haven't used it yet due to me just receiving it. It was @ 80% so I charged it to 100% and it only took maybe 20 minutes. Very sleek design that I love. I have a s20 and it seems to be a tad bit thicker than it with a slim case on and a little shorter as shown in pics. The charger has a Digital display that lights up when button is pushed to start charge. The phone prop is a slide out feature that holds phone horizontal or vertical. Doesn't charge while on the holder of course. It is a glass front so in due time I do expect it to scratch. It comes with a bag that seems to be very sturdy and pretty thick. I leave the charger in bag while charging to protect from scratch. It comes with a removable cover thats to be removed when you receive but I left it on till it comes off.When charging it has 4 ports-- C , 2 USB , & type A. My phone at 55% takes 55min to charge with C port, 1hr 9min with USB 5v/2A, & 1hr 15min with the 12v/9v/5v USB. It also comes with 2 anti slip pads to place on glass top (cling on type) to keep your phone from sliding off.I gave 4 stars based off looks, size and features. If it proves to have a great batter use then I will update to 5.

It's a good product but don't believe it when the manufacturer says it comes with an anti-slip mat. It doesn't, and the face of the power bank is so slippery that it can't be used in a car. The face also scratches very easily. I wrote to the manufacturer because I wanted the anti-slip mat and was told that it was not available. One of the reasons why I purchased this knowing how good it was as a wireless charger, was because it was advertised as coming with the anti-slip mat. If you want this, don't be disappointed if your phone slides off of the power pack without the mat.

This charger is pretty neat! I never thought I would need a wireless portable charger but it comes in pretty handy! I use it in my car since my cars charging thing broke so I just place my phone or AirPods on top of these and let them do their thing! It’s pretty handy because my car radio still uses AUX but the problem with that is I couldn’t listen to music and charge my phone at the same time but now I can with this.. I just bring it in everyday and make sure it’s topped off with battery ready for the next day!

Charging banks that employ Qi wireless as part of their repertoire are tough to find, so I was happy to find this at a good price point. The wireless charging is indeed fast charging, so that was good to see. A slow charging wireless charger can create a lot of battery heat, but this doesn't do that. It charges quick and causes minimal heat. The 10000mAh isn't SUPER high power, but it's more than adequate for on-the-go charging that will last a few days.

This product is wonderful!! The wireless charging is fast and the fast charging ports work amazing!!! I love the lightweight phone sized battery. Dual charging is amazing as well. It charges back up REALLY FAST. My only gripe is that if I plug my apple watch in, it will continuously start charging, then stop charging. It actually drains the watch battery rather than charging since the screen comes on each time it connects or disconnects. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Wow! Such chargers were recently in films about the future, but we do not notice how we already live in this very future. The battery is great, stylish. Most importantly, this battery lasts a very long time. The battery charges quickly; The battery does not overheat while charging. I did not notice any defects during operation. All buttons work, accurate indicators. I double-checked all the plugs, everything works fine. Thank you for this multi-functional battery of the future.
