Malahill Gemstone Beads for Jewelry Making, Sold per Bag 5 Strands Inside, Unakite 8mm

I would have rated this a zero if I could. I handmake Jewelry using lava rocks. These rocks do NOT absorb like the real ones do. These left oil stains on my customers wrist. It gave my business a bad reputation. Do not purchase this product.

The quality of these beads depends completely on what variety of gemstone you buy. I purchased hematite, rose quartz, moss agate, and india agate, which were all great. However I also purchased african turquoise, which was terrible - the beads were crumbling and defective (I returned those). I am happy with the other purchases, however.

Beads are dyed.. wish I wore mine before I gifted a bunch for Christmas..

The rhodonite is the only true representation color wise in the entire lot. The stones starting from the top left pictured are bronzite ( nearly black ) rhodonite, the only true to photo representation, moss agate which is nearly black and at least 20 shades darker then pictured here, and blue tigers eye. I am very disappointed because almost all of the beads look solid black more like an onyx then anything else. I ordered these assuming I was purchasing something ( not exactly like the photo because beads vary ) but close enough to recognize what I had bought. This isn’t the case at all. These beads are so dark in color they look nothing like what is pictured in the photos. The photos I took are on a white blanket and even that doesn’t lighten them up in color. I needed these beads to match with other beads I was making jewelry with. Really dissatisfied and will most likely have to send all but the rhodonite back. People should not sell things so different in color that they don’t even look like the product you purchased.

6mm Honey Jade beads are beautiful, subtle color, not as bright on as I see on my computer screen but that's not a problem. I really want more of these. Problem though, abou1/4 of the beeds on each strand are damaged broken or so cracked they will fall apart with ease so I cannot use them. Very sad. I am keeping them for the good beads, not returning. People really love them in bracelets w/ gold tone space beads. If you order, just be aware you may not be able to use all the beads. Still the good ones are gorgeous.

You get a lot for your money! I counted that I can make two malas and one bracelet (if I add a few more different beads to the bracelet, or spacers). They are genuine and of good quality. Happy with my purchase!

As a longtime jewelry maker I've seen a lot of gemstone beads, and these are excellent-- well calibrated and beautifully polished. I ordered the black labradorite in 8mm, and am very pleased with the high quality. The ones I received look just like their product photo, if not better. And, let's face it, the price is excellent, too. This was my first time ordering from this vendor, but it won't be the last. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Thanks!

Hi there it is advertised as 5 strands but I only received 2 strands which is very disappointing as the bead quality is very good and I was hoping to use you as a regular supplier. I feel like I have paid but only received half the goods :(

Well upon arrival these looked beautiful. Pretty rose quartz colour, appropriate weight and I was excited that they were going to be perfect for the intended use.Until...... I cut the hot pink strings and took the beads off. They are basically white, not rose at all.So thrilled that now instead of having rose quartz beads to complete a very special project, I am stuck with not 1..... but 5 strands of nasty beads.

The colour is very different from the picture in the item listing, the beads are much darker. I like them but if I’d ordered them for a project needing a lighter shade bead, I would’ve been disappointed.

I was leary about ordering the Canadian Jade and Garnet beads because of the cheap pricing.... I'm certain these are NOT genuine gemstone beads. While the price was great and they look ok, they will be of no real use when it comes to the metaphysical properties associated with ACTUAL genuine gemstones. I should have known better.

On this, my second order from this supplier, I am unimpressed with the size... I ordered 6mm in both yellow turquoise and Labradorite one is more like 7mm and one is more like 5mm. Which nevermind are not sizes that u can even order. However the quality of the A grade Labradorite is good, with nice flashes of colorAlso now, I read thru more reviews and wanted to mention about Amanda's comment on the Canadian Jade... That was my 1st order from this supplier and I was actually pleased with it. Even tho I'm not the Jade expert persay... I know the owners of a Canadian Jade mine and have been around literal heaps of it, polished and not... I did not question for a second that my 5 strands r real and all while looking at my slabs/hunks of Jade, which have the same variations/characteristics as the beads. I personally like that they don't all look the same (and beads r not rated/priced for high grade Jade anyways). I hope this helps for Amanda and also anyone else who is concerned

I have been dealing with metaphysical and crystals for a long time. Everything that I have ordered from here, and it has been a lot, that says natural, has been natural!Read the descriptions! If it is synthetic, the seller says it.Very pleased with everything I have bought so far and will continue to use this seller.

I was so excited when I saw and ordered this amethyst beads! Usually amethyst beads which I saw before were pretty dark and this picture with light color amethyst beads impressed me. Of course I ordered it. I cannot complain about delivery, it came next day, exactly as the seller says on the website. But when I open the package I was in shock and disappointed very very much: amethyst beads were sooo dark, almost black. It was a huge frustration! Before I started to write this review I re-read the description on the website thinking that may be I missed what the seller said about the color. But I didn’t find the information that color might be different or something like that. I have to admit that quality is good, no complains. I also ordered Canadian jade and the color was the same as in the picture. No complains about Canadian jade. I will attach the pictures to compare colors. I gave only 3star because of the color. Quality is good.

Faccio bracciali in pietre dure e ormai da un po' di tempo mi rifornisco da questo fornitore che è molto professionale.Ieri mi è arrivata un'amazzonite stupenda, oggi mi è arrivata la labradorite che è addirittura sensazionale. Quest'ultima infatti è una pietra grigia che riflette magici bagliori blu, viola, rosa, bianchi. Meravigliosa! Ne comprerò sicuramente altra.

I order from this seller a lot but recently the beads I have been recieving are poor quality. The last batch of matte amazonite I recieved were the poorest quality yet. Faded with with white spots all over them. I cannot use them for my jewellery and I cannot return them as I cut them all off the strings before I inspected them....as they have always been great in the past....Very dissapointed.

Lava beads leaked black all through my semi precious stones.

Pricing lava stones can be difficult, these are the best bang for your buck that we have been able to find (even looking internationally). The needs are a decent quality and have some weight to them.

elegi pedir estas agatas de la india por su color y su precio. me gustaron muchisimo. han tardado un poco en llegar. por ponerles una pega dire que son un pelin pequeñas . yo las pedi de 4mm pero reconozco que se me quedan muy pequeñas para lo que las necesito. pero las volveria a pedir la verdad es que son preciosas y de una calidad excelente. la proxima vez las pedire un poco mas grandes. que son mas vistosas y preciosas. gracias
