This fit my 2008 Tundra base model spare inserts just below the radio with no issues. It provides fast charging and works with my Android Auto just fine.

Not compatible with Android Auto
This did fit into the factory Aux dash hole in a 2013 Corolla. It also did connect to my pioneer head unit, but android auto would not connect and gave error messages. Charging was also very slow, around 0.5 amps. When not using this adapter, and connecting straight to the head unit with my USB cable, I had no connection issues and the charging amperage greatly increased.
