Starbar Quik Strike Fly Scatter Bait, 1-Pound

I was totally surprised how effective the product is. The first tray with a piece of old meat. The two trays, one in a different location at another house. One hour later this is what was there 🤮 ont only in the tray, but all over the table. I'm very impressed I have told at least 10 people/photos they will be ordering soon. Thank you for such a awesome product I will reorder when need. I forgot to mention it doesn't take a lot of the stuff

Old review: There’s a bunch of flies in my house. They don’t even go near this thing. A lot of flies like to hang out around the kitchen window so I put the container near there and they just avoid it.Update: it takes a while, I didn’t think it was working but I had purchased it so I just left it out near kitchen window. Waaay later I was moving stuff around and found the container full of flies. So now I spread to a few containers and it’s great at catching flies. They take a while to find it, and flies might still be around for a while, but once they have contact with this, they’ll stay and die. Some might try escaping, I’m assuming because I also find a couple dead ones near the container. Right now there was a fly around my couch so I brought this container from the kitchen. It took a while for the fly to notice it and it kept just flying all around the living room but it eventually came to it and didn’t make it out. I’m glad I have this product sitting at my kitchen windows :)

I tried just the bait in a heavily trafficked fly area. The result was they made a giant 'dead zone' circle around the bait. I had thrown some turkey out for my cats, which the flies were OBSESSED with. So I took some of that and put it over the bait trap. They avoided that piece. I removed every other piece of meat outside except for the bait trap. No dice.So if you want to make a Dead Zone and get the flies to heavily gather in other areas of the yard, go for it. The Dead Zone is about the size of a patio table. But it's enough that the flies that SHOULD be in that area make the other areas thicker. I ended up getting a fly in my mouth.If you want to actually trap flies, get something else. This stuff is garbage. For the price I expected more.Note: It is NOT pet safe, or human safe. It says to use gloves while handling. Outdoor use only. Don't use around pets or kids.

I like to keep my garage man door open to the house for a cross breeze and set this near the door way to deter flies. It didn't attract them like i thought it would. those that did venture to the granules died rather quickly. Disappointed in it over all. Not worth what I paid

Here is the deal. I took some fabric from underneath the meet plate from grocery. Those are soaked in blood or meat juice. I mixed very hard the blue granules with that "juice" and I put that on a open plastic or paper plate. Make Shure ALL juice was prisoned with the granules. I was amazed to see hundred of dead fly in few hours. I watch some. It took 15 to 30 seconds from the moment they land on o plate to start dying. I tried with honey and did not work. In few days 99% of the flies disappeared around our porch so we could eat outside again. I did not know that there were sooo many flies around.....maybe 500.

I think the product should be renamed to fly no more awesome product

It does what it says it does. We have a fly problem and we don't anymore. I'm sold. This is a excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be buying it again when we need it. But this little can is still working. We've had it for months now.

This stuff works great. My dog ate it and lived, however it killed hundreds of flies in no time.. Worth the price for sure…
