Beginners cookbook
Found basic recipes, no extravagant ingredients. Found two dishes that l will be preparing soon!

Great cookbook
Only made a handful of recipes so far but each one has been easy to follow and delicious!

Good cook book but should have photos
I like cooking and enjoying dishes from different cultures. But It would help a great deal if a photo of what each dish looks like finished to go along with the recipe.

A change from general monthly recipes
Many ingredients are healthier and beneficial than those currently used.Very educational.

Nothing New Here
If you are an avid Middle Eastern cook book collector, you will find nothing new. If you are looking for a diversified Middle Eastern cook book, covering many Middle Eastern countries, this book might be for you; although there are many other cook books better than this one. This book has a nice layout with nice pictures I would also say, that if you are looking for simpler recipes, you can find some here too. Although, I have found that if you want the true taste to the original recipe, you will need to find and use the original recipe and ingredients.
