Wow, this Medi-Health Oatmeal with Peaches was SO MUCH better than the previous Medi-food that I tried with that other diet! Each serving came packaged in a plastic bag which I do feel helps the taste so it doesn't have that cardboard flavor. There isn't any extra chemical or fake sweetener junk in it either -- just rolled oats, dried peaches and cane juice. I have a gluten intolerance and I did not have any gastric repercussions from this oatmeal, although it is not labelled specifically Gluten Free. I highly recommend it!
