Cheiro's Book of Numbers Paperback – January 23, 2015

I'm so much enjoying having this book again, and it arrived promptly and was just as described. As my title above states it is the best Numerology book I've ever found. Cheiro is deep, he learned the Chaldean language and then went to where the original books were still kept. Once there he gained the confidence of those who kept and protected the ancient texts, they then allowed him to view the books and make his own interpretation. So, we have a system of marked significance (much more so than the Greek derived systems IMO)drawn from the original source; the compound number explanations are especially valuable. And I like that there is no letter that has a value of 9 assigned to it, as that was considered the number of God by the Chaldeans. This book is well worth devouring for those interested in classic Numerology - you will be rewarded.

Just replacing my old book that I misplaced. Anyone who is an "eight person" being born on the 8th, 17th or 26th of any month would find it helpful in understanding why things happen to them and how to diminish the effects of this fadic number. Cheiro was one of the great seers of all time, in my opinion. Anyone interested in the physic sciences will enjoy this book.

Very interesting look into Chaldean numerology. Every numerologist should at least be open to explore this ancient method. The context is derived from a period where omens and fatalistic events were the cornerstone but the information needs to be taken in modern context. Modern times allow for "accidents" and difficult situations and Cheiro does a good job giving the good and the bad which is necessary to understand the duality of numbers. I also find the interpretations and techniques centered more around one's karmic destiny than one's psychological breakdown and because of it I use it in conjunction with the Pythagorean techniques.

I was reading a book on Elvis and it mentioned this book. I had to get it because I’m into numerology. It’s pretty spot on.

This is an excellent, 5-star book, but I must give this particular version of the book, published by Goodwill Publishing House of New Delhi, India, one star for numerous and very serious typographical problems which render whole passages with completely different meaning. I compared this version with a true version found online, and cite the following example. The passage in the Goodwill Publishing house version, chapter 4, paragraph 1, reads, "... especially so if they happen to be born between the 21st July and the 28th April, when the Sun enters the Vernal Equinox ..." The ACTUAL text is supposed to read, "... especially so if they happen to be born between the 21st July and the 28th August, which is the period of the Zodiac called 'House of the Sun', or from the 21st March to the 28th April, when the Sun enters the Vernal Equinox ..." This is just one example of these kinds of serious problems in the text. Almost every page has some kind of typographical error, minor or major. If you want to read this book, you must acquire a more accurate version.

Nice! Very informative! I bought it because Elvis Presley read it and lived by it. Eerily accurate!

Bought on a whim because of a curiosity about numerology. Full of grammatical errors and a duplicate paragraph here and there. No editing or proof reading done at all. It was delivered promptly and in good shape but a little difficult to read due to frequent misspelling. I wish I could recommend another book about numerology but since this was my first leg of exploration on the subject I haven't a clue. If anyone can recommend books on numerology concerning the bible, kabbalah, or astrology I would appreciate it.

This is THE numerology book by which others are judged. I am one of the people who have an extremely strong connection with numbers 4 and 8, and everything that he says in the book is so very true. If you are going to purchase a numerology book, this should be your first choice.

Insofar as the seller is concerned there is no criticism, the book is new, clean, well packaged and arrived on schedule. This book however appears to be abridged bits of information and is full of spelling and grammatical errors. I have a different Cheiro book and it does not contain the same sort of errors. The book is interesting because it is a Cheiro book, but there appears to be a lot of information missing from this version. The decision about whether it is value for money or not will be down to the individual. I wanted to know what was in the book and am okay with the price I paid for it. Thanks.

Most of the data from this book can be obtained in the Internet nowadays but a hard copy is always welcome. This arrived in perfect condition and as far as it goes, is the best possible source for numerology as the Pythagorean approach has never been too accurate I find. Please be mindful when consulting some of the predictive examples though, many things are not set entirely in stone and negative outcomes are more avoidable than you might be led to understand in this great book.

Very interesting book. I like the research the author did and it's packed with information for the personal self. Would have preferred had he spoken about the power of numbers in general, rather than just relating them to a person's name, but it was a good book.

This was one of Elvis Presleys favorite book so it must be fantastic👑TCB⚡️
