Like the simplicity of this mat. Unfortunately did not see baby on it :-(

Let me start by saying that so far, my baby seems to like this gym fairly well. She does get bored after a while, but that happens with any activity after too long!My favorite features of this product are a) it is gender neutral in terms of colors/design, b) I like the black and white patterns and the high contrast colors for stimulating baby's eye development, and c) I like the foam puzzle mat that comes with it.I was a little confused when I opened up the box the activity gym came in- he product I received matches the picture shown on Amazon, but is not 100% the same as the picture on the box it arrived in. The differences are relatively minor- the box shows pictures of animals on all 8 of the foam puzzle pieces, whereas my product only has pictures on the four corner pieces, which is what was shown online. Also, the box says that there is a "large peek-a-boo mirror" included as well, which we did not have. Finally, the picture on the box shows a little star hanging under the starfish, and a green plastic ring underneath the fish, which were not included, and which I see no way of attaching similar items under the items if I wanted to do so myself.This product was provided to me at a discounted price in exchange for my testing and honest review. This product is pretty decent, especially since I received it at a discount. But if I had paid full price, I think I would have been a bit disappointed. Some suggestions that I think would improve the product would be to make it more sensory- add a bell to one of the little animals, a crinkly material to another, a squeaker to another... having different textures of material instead of the same satiny fabric for everything. And my baby is long (tall) for her age- she can't really play with the elephant ear or the bird wing on the mat unless she is half-way off the mat herself, so it would be nice to have interactive features around the edge of the mat, or to have the mat size increased by a few more inches.

This is amazing. The foam mat gives a soft surface. The playmat is easily cleanable. The bars and toys give great tactile and sensory exploration for the kids. And best of all, it can grow with the children. My choice for this product was exactly that. I have a grandson that is a toddler and one that is just a few months old. Both are able to play with this toy. My youngest loves tummy time on the mat and squeals and laughs with all of the new experiences. My toddler grandson loves the foam playmat and the toys that are removable when he is over. So many products are grown out of so quickly that it can feel like a waste of money. This one changes as the child changes for new experiences. I would highly recommend this for anyone with young children. You definitely get your money's worth.

Bigger than expected easy to put together seams like ike it would last for a long time. Easy to clean.
