During an especially stressful time in my life, I developed the symptoms of IBS: severe cramping, gas and pain after eating anything. In an attempt to find relieve I tried this product. I can say, first hand, that it works. It calms the gut down and there is no more pain. I have supplemented it with enzymes and occasional gasx and that mix has allowed me to eat, sleep and feel normal again.I want to add that I tried other peppermint oil capsules and they caused more problems because they were not properly coated and dissolved in the stomach rather then the intestines. THIS product IS properly coated and only brings relief.I highly recommend this brand of this product.

This product is great. It has given me some relief and I can eat the food I was not eating before. I had stopped eating bread but now I can with this product, as long as it's not in excess.

So far it seems to be a good product.

I have both IBS and GERD. Compared to Heathers' and Pepogest, these are much less likely to dissolve in your stomach and aggravate GERD, but I still had to give them up about a month in. They do work though for IBS pain.

Just like the title says. If chemicals with side effects aren’t for you, rosemary and peppermint have clinical studies showing the same results as things like minoxidil but there’s no profit in essential oils that way. Not enough mark up.

Everywhere I'm reading online says this essential oil is toxic if taken orally. I could trust that these people know what they're doing ... but there's really no telling.So I have to give it 3 stars because I think including these compounds are risky, and I don't see any published research proving this is safe.

I have been taking peppermint oil for a while and this one is my favorite. Easy to take and good results.

I think they intentionally do not show a picture of these "soft gels!" For people who cannot swallow large pills, these are a nightmare! They are really ugly, black, HUGE pills. Cannot even attempt to swallow these. Can't return, so money wasted again by dishonest sellers. If you cannot swallow big pills, pass this one by.
