I twisted my ankle once, which led it to being easier and easier to twist. It got to the point I could hardly use it and had to stop working out. Then weeks later, I would twist it again, only to start the process over. I bought this hoping to help with the healing process so I wouldn't keep injuring myself continuously.I was having a lot of pain with my ankle. My podiatrist wanted me to start wearing AFO braces but I'm not ready for that yet. I bought this to support my ankle and it works wonderfully I have been able to walk more without pain. It fits easily into my shoes and it isn't noticeable under my jeans.It worked like a charm. Not only did it keep me stable enough to walk, I could work out again!Would absolutely recommend for light sprain, additional support for weaker ankles.

Bought it for my second daughter, who plays football and injuries her foot quite often. After the injury it is really painful for her, she can't even walk because of the pain, but she had to walk a lot at least to and from school. This thing helps a lot to reduce the pain, to support joints and helps to step on the foot. It helps the ankle to heal faster, probably because it reduces the pressure on the joint.It is completely adjustable, no matter what the size of foot is.Would definitely recommend. My daughter tripped over her feet and its very painful to walk her ankleI hurts,I ordered this ankle support and she found it very relaxing and comfortable.This ankle support is washable.She can walk well and its working.It is very easy to wear and un wear most of the good thing is it can fill any size of feet.Thank you.

I broke my ankle, this was bought to be part of my step-down recovery support devices. Needs some extra padding at some points, but does the job!

Die Fixierung erfolgt durch Klett.Es wird beim Geräteturnen verwendet und hält den Belastungen seht gut stand. Der Klett hält bei Beanspruchung.Sehr empfehlenswert!

Diese Bandage ist einfach zu tragen. Es passt gut zu mir, sogar mit meiner Schuhe. Sie unterstuzt meinen Füß gut. Das Material ist weich und ich fühle mich warm und bequeum. Ich trage sie immer zu Hause.

Per l'ennesima volta ho preso una distorsione alla caviglia correndo sull'asfalto e per la centesima volta ho provato a comprare un supporto alla caviglia ma stavolta ho provato online senza andare in farmacia e spendere tantissimo per poi ritrovarmi a ricomprarla dopo due anni perché la perdo!!!Stavolta con pochi euro ho comprato questa cavigliera ottima!Morbida, facile da indossare e anche lavabile senza che si rovina!!Ovviamente dopo una settimana grazie anche alla cavigliera e ghiaccio posso andare a correre.La consiglio!!!

Si tienes como yo los tobillos muy hinchados no sirve pues ejerce mucha presión, el médico que me atendió los desaconsejó, su huso hasta que los tobillos tuvieran un volumen mas normal, al ser talla única no permiten eccesos en el volumen.

Es stinkt nach Altöl, der Geruch verfliegt auch einfach nicht obwohl die Bandage jetzt schon mehr als 2 Wochen lüftet. Beim Tragen kratzen die Klettverschlüsse und an der Ferse schneidet es ein. Tragen im Schuh ist so gut wie nicht möglich, da es einschneidet und drückt an den Klettstellen. Ein Rückversand muss selbst bezahlt werden, wodurch die Rückgabe auch kaum Sinn macht.Ich kann die Bandage absolut nicht empfehlen!
