There is no adjustment for the shoulder area, only the strap that goes around the body. It is similar to a front closing bra. You will definitely have to wear a light t-shirt underneath. I am only wearing it around the house, because I don't want to have the confinement of the device, a bra, and two shirts (one shirt underneath the device and one to wear normally) it is just too much. I purchased two different types of support devices, of the two this is the one I would recommend. The other one is the Duro-Med Posture Corrector and is nothing but a bunch of scratchy Velcro and wide heavy straps. Although the Velcro was at the body strap and the shoulder area to give more fit flexibility, it was the most uncomfortable thing I have tried on in years.

Decent for a couple of hours - it does bring your shoulders back a bit but it cuts you in the armpit and crushes your ribs, and I don't think a larger size would help because the shoulder part wasn't tight enough already. I tried to wear it for a full day of work and I just couldn't. After two hours or so I had to take it off and never used it again since because the amount of posture benefit doesn't justify the amount of armpit torture. In my opinion, it would do a much better job if it was tighter on the back (the "x" part of it should be much shorter) and if the band that goes around your torso was less tight. In other words, didn't work for my body, but maybe for someone who's slimmer and taller it will work better.

This is ok, it doesn't seem to help keep your shoulders pulled back... And I felt there was just not enough structure to do the job. So if you are looking for something to lift the Ta tas then you got a deal, if your looking for a posture corrector, then you may be disappointed

Product was nicely made, I was looking for a product that would have a different feel when I wore it. I have back pain and was looking for something to keep my shoulders back and my torso straight.

Does run small and I ordered the 34C and could still wear it, it is just a bit snug but it does help with the constant burn I have in my right shoulder blade. It is thin and there is no padding so I wear it mostly when I am home. It doesn't make me sit completely straight but it does help a little with that also.

I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds, and I ordered the large. It fits great, there are three sets of hooks in the front like a bra would have and I use the middle hooks. It can be a little uncomfortable at times, but it does improve my posture somewhat. Then again, I would definitely suggest it for it's push-up function instead of posture.

It chaffs near my arm pits. Enough said.
