Fast delivery, and it fits my qualcast strimmer

The media could not be loaded.  This afternoon on Friday 24th May 2024, I tried to fit the new universal grass trimmer spool and cover onto Qualcast grass trimmer, as you can see in the above photo, ( This is after the 5th attempt to fix the spool & cover, sorry I couldn't find the spool cover, because it flew off, of my grass trimmer and broke) , its lost in the grass somewhere, only found a tiny bit of the cover, I tried 5 attempts to get the spool cover to fasten tightly like the original, but it would not, there was a tiny gap. This spool did advertise on Amazon website, that it would fit certain models of grass trimmer, mine was one of the models it had advertised it will fit, well I now know, it didn't quite fit, being this is a universal grass trimmer spool and cover.I just wasted my money.I would like to know what the seller of this product can do, to rectify this issue for me?.

Bought to replace broken cap. Not much else to say other than it fits well and seems to be of sound quality.

Line to thin, line kept coming off wasting so much line.

I have given this one star but wanted to give it no stars as it nearly sliced my foot. I selected this product as it matched my qualcast model number. Seemed to fit ok and like the previous one that was there before but within a few minutes the line flew out from the holes and whipped around. I decided to try again as maybe I hadn't fitted it properly, had my partner to check the fit and tried strimming again. As you can see from the photo it did it again within minutes. BE WARNED this is a poorly made product that is very dangerous.

Havnt actually used it yet But have bought before although not sure if it’s from same seller. Usually good value and having spool preloaded is better than putting wire on myself .
