This product seems to help with fructose absorption

The instructions on the bottle say to take a capsule 5 - 15 minutes before eating. The general idea is that the capsule needs to dissolve in stomach acid before the xylose can interact with your food. I have found that simply removing the powder from the pill, and then eating the powder with my first bite of food, takes all the guess work out of knowing when the capsule has dissolved. I can then immediately consume the rest of my meal without fear of my SIBO acting up.

I take one capsule per meal each day (3 capsules total). I also have other digestive issues so I also take Digest Gold. By taking these two enzymes I have gone from having a miserable life to about 95% of my former life before the digestive issues. Note that I also follow an excellent diet from wwwfructohelp.com. at the same time. It is also important to know that you should take the enzymes about 10 minutes before eating. Also.. it is better to cook well your fruits and vegetables for better results.

Seems to be working well

I use this for fructose intolerance. Still afraid to try much fructose with it as I have tried another product and became very ill. So I would say I am still in the trial period. It would seem like a miracle if it really works.

I had a suspicion that I had some fructose intolerance, so I purchased this enzyme to test out. Well, taking this enzyme with some fruit resulted in 3 separate occasions of explosive, bowel-emptying diarrhea instead of my usually mild diarrhea after eating fruit on an empty stomach. Before I judged this particular brand/product too harshly I purchased another product with the same active ingredient from the brand 'Fructaid' and I luckily experienced calm bowels eating the same fruits on an empty stomach with that product. The ingredients on the label look almost identical between the two products, so I don't know what caused my negative reaction to this specific product, but I thought it would be worthwhile to report my experience.
