What I least like was the Bio reading didn't work at all. Just the Facial Recognition and the ability to use the keypads. The case dropped on once and it split open. But I don't to drop it again if I can. Unable to read the Bio I rated one star.

I was completely disappointed in these cases especially. I bought one for my husband and one for myself. My husband's came in the mail shattered. My case looked like it had been dropped from the top of a building onto cement. Don't waste your time or money. Facial recognition and fingerprint unlock do not work at all... you phone can barely get bumped and the cracks just spiderweb across it. I have a neighbor that got the exact same case and he stopped to help push an older woman's car out of the road because she had run out of gas, well his phone fell out of his pocket and upon hitting the ground the case burst open an destroyed his phone. The magnets don't work when the phone is dropped. So beware this is not a good case, and it will not protect your phone.

Took way over a month to deliver which is very inconvenient. When i received the product i wasn't quiet sure of it since it was magnetic. i put my old phone in it and dropped it on the carpet a couple times to see if it would break apart but I was pleasantly surprised it had not. not sure if this is truly gorilla glass as i hadn't even had it 24hrs and the screen cracked already. overall it's a pretty case, it fits nice, it seems semi sturdy but there is not grip. I drop my phone way more with this case than the last. overall it fits perfect for the galaxy s20, don't under estimate the fact that it's secured together by magnets as i've dropped it a few times now and it hasn't busted open yet. I just don't like that it's so slippery. The fact that the gorilla glass screen cracked already isn't surprising as i feel like most of the screens you buy for these phones and other devices just crack easily so I won't count that as a negative since i kind of anticipated it.

This is the second and last case I will ever purchase. I am not a person who drops their phone much at all. I loved the sleek style of this case, as well as the magnetic case closure. Unfortunately, this case doesn't perform well against drops. Unfortunately, the design and the material used causes this case to be extremely SLIPPERY. So slippery that I had to be very careful of where I placed it down. If the surface the slightest amount of angle, my phone would eventually slide right off the surface to whatever surface is beneath it; table or floor it didn't discriminate. I have also found that even holding this case in my hand, I needed to be very careful so it doesn't slip out of my grasp. I gave this case one star for the thin sleek design and one star because it protected my phone on the first slide /drop and make me feel better for buying this case for the second time. Otherwise, this case in my opinion is a complete failure on the material used.

To be honest, I was really skeptical about this magnetic case and against me being skeptical about it, i bought it anyway. I loved the fact that it was a 360° case. I am very impressed with it overall. The finger print reader isn't great and I would advise anyone who buys this case to also purchase a camera lens protector because the camera lens bulges out from the case, so if you do drop your phone, the lens definitely would be in danger of getting cracked. I already had a protector for my lens from when I purchased my s20 plus. But yeah, the case is durable and the magnetics to it are very strong. Stronger than I expected!

SECOND UPDATE: I dropped my phone and the case cracked. I guess that's too be expected, but I've had other cases that lasted a lot longer even after being dropped multiple times.UPDATE: I just found the setting on my phone that increases the touch sensitivity. All is well now, and I'm enjoying my cool new case!I just got this case yesterday and I'm already frustrated. I love the style and color (green), it fits perfectly and was easy to install. The privacy screen works well, too. Unfortunately, the touch sensitivity is affected. I have to press harder to have my phone register my swipes and taps. Seems like a minor inconvenience, but it's not. 😔 Sadly, this case will be going back.

Aside from the fact that you can't use your fingerprint (which if you read the details, it says) its a great product if not a little fragile.I dropped it with my phone in it at least 10 times over the course of 5 days or so. It cracked several times in multiple places however my phone came out unscathed.One downside is that its very smooth so it slips off of surfaces that aren't completely flat, including hands.

Great case! Very high quality feel and the magnets are very strong and nicely placed. The only drawback is with the S20's in-glass fingerprint scanner the screen protector doesn't work. My simple solution was to remove the glass from the front frame and now it works perfectly. Also be advised the case makes the phone very slippery.
