Great Replacement Belt for Vintage Turntables
My 1970's era Pioneer PL-516 had been in storage for almost 10 years. When I got it out and played an album there was a noticeable warble in the sound. I pulled off the platter and found that the old belt had been left around the drive spindle all that time and had stretched a bit in that spot. I replaced it with the new belt (which fit perfectly) and fired it up and the sound was great. Very even spin after adjusting the speed with the strobe dots. If you want to bring an old turntable back to life, a great place to start is with a new drive belt and this one worked incredibly well for me.
