im 14 years old wich size is for a 14 year old ?

My son is 15 and he wears a 2XL in the Champion shirt. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds, so he wears adult sizes. It depends on your height and weight and if you wear adult or youth sizes.
