Worked straight out of the box, no issues.... some games repeated under different names, only wish a legend or game list would have been supplied...All else, money well spent with no regrets!!!

This is my second Pandora box arcade console and I think it's good. Tons of games and some might be repetitive or a different version of the same game titles. I did find some great classics from back in the early to late 80's classics. Keep in mind that it's missing Marvel vs Capcom 2. Capcom plans on launching that title on the switch and PS console December 31st of this year called Capcom vs Marvel fighting collection. You can turn off the HD on the Pandora box if you want the pixels as well. Just recommended going on YouTube to learn how to turn off the HD settings. I personally think it's best to turn off the HD on settings because it looks better with that classic picture. if you looking for classic fighting games and side scroll beat'em ups this is for you. One thing is you can't configure the settings for SNK games. For example if you play Metal Slug you can't turn on the blood or change the settings on the game by pushing the configuration button behind the Pandora. Sucks and also it has Chase HQ( if you are familiar with the game) but no Chase HQ part 2 unfortunately:( other than that it has a couple of SNES titles and one thing that was a downer was the sound effects for Golden Ax can be cringe at times. Especially when you kill the bad guys lol only one Pandora box that didn't have that issue was the Pandora box Platinum that I bought from craigslist. That particular Pandora box is able to configure the SNK games. If you don't mind the minor details I mentioned then this could be the one retro gaming console for you!

No instructions of any kind. Managed to get it connected to a monitor using HDMI. Powered up. Display worked (for a while) could not select any games no matter what unmarked button was pressed. Tried numerous sequences for hours. Never was able to play even one game. Searched internet for instructions. Found several similar model instructions but none applied to this model 11. And none worked.Complete, frustrating waste of time. After several hours the video began to go blank. finally would not come back on at all. Returning.

My kids love it. There are great games like Metal Slug, SF and Marvel vs Capcom but if you search around you’ll find some gems that the entire family could play like Photo Y2K. The system is pretty with its light up action and has its own sound system. So when you turn on your tv and use surround sound then it only applies the arcade feel. I just wish it was easy to download or update. I tried looking into this but it takes some study that’s not plug and play. The system itself is easy to use and start right out the box :)

Excellent throwback and for $150 I couldn’t beat it. Every street fighter and a whole lot of other coin based arcade games including some Nintendo offerings. Console is sturdy and I like the ability to upgrade replace buttons and the joystick. It’s not 3k games. Maybe 800 or so as there dozens of the same game under different versions. Regardless, totally worth the money! Even my kids love it.

It feels good, buttons and sticks are nice. However, the output of games is blurry. It doesn't seem to be up scaling them at all like other emulators I've used (example, retron 5 looks crisp and clear).While there's a lot of arcade versions of games, there's a lot of console ports of games instead of the arcade versions. For example, no real version of Killer Instinct, just the pretty bad SNES version.Mortal Kombat 4 seems like a PS1 port or something.Overall, it's just okay. Not sure I'm going to keep it or return it yet tho
