Even better then the pictures! Great buy
Looks great. Super excited to put it in the water. Great customer service. I was skeptical buying a board with only 1 review at the time and the price was too good to be true! What a great deal. Thanks so much! Best purchase of the summer! Will update review once I use it in the water!!!Update: blowing up the board was definitely a workout once your close to 7 PSI. Thanks Mike for sending me an email once the board was shipped to inform me to keep going when your almost to the 15 PSI! I appreciated that info a lot as a first timer board buyer.Board works great in the water! It’s the perfect weight. Grips on the board are foamy and comfy but keep their grip when wet. I love the design. Fin is so easy to attach and detach. The bag is great quality. Very happy!

All great except one thing
I purchased when there were NO reviews and decided to wait a few uses before I wrote anything.PROS:Customer service is amazing. They are very responsive and accommodating. Got a new company they definitely earned my respect with how well they handled my questions and minor complaints (discussed in my cons)The board is SUPER sturdy and really thick. this is my first time with an inflatable sup. It was a strange feeling because I'm not used to the buoyancy of an inflatable one. Nonetheless, great thickness and movability in the water. Some may not care, not I love the transport bag it comes in. It's thick and and sturdy and made of durable material. My husband has one from another company and his is just a nylon bag. He said he liked mine much much better and I agree!CONSThe guages on the pumps don't seem to work correctly. I can pump until I'm blue in the face and the board is inflated but the guage will still read 0 psi. I would have to pump until I think it's good and then use my husband's pump to see the PSI (and his would immediately read). When I contacted them, they were really responsive. They sent me a new one but same issue. They said they have new and different pumps that they will send me in August. Hopefully I get it before summer is over. I'll add to the review once I get a working pump and upgrade to 5 stars.

We're learning!
This is our first SUP. I'm an experienced oarsman and such, my wife and daughter not so much. First time out I managed to stand a bit, but quickly learned that a brisk wind makes for a challenge. Luckily, it was easy to work a kneeling or sitting position too. As of my third time out, I stayed afoot the entire time - so there's a learning curve. Pumping it up by hand takes a bit of patience, and I suggest finding a comfortable position since standing bent over the pump is rough on the back, but it works fine. I've been stopping at 11psi, which is plenty rigid and supports me and my daughter easily. Carrying it down to the water is a dream, it's so light. Just watch that you get the keel/fin out into deep enough water.I mentioned my wife wasn't as experienced, did I? Tips for novices: make sure you know how to use the paddle before you head out into the lake. Failing that, make sure that there is someone ready to rescue you if you get stranded offshore because you can't paddle against the wind. Do wear a life vest. Don't be afraid that the thing is going to flip over - we haven't managed to flip or fall yet. Oh, and a fun trick - if you don't mind sacrificing speed, dragging a foot on one side will help you steer that direction.Random fun fact: damselflies think that the front of the SUP is a great place to get "frisky" on a romantic cruise.

Great boards!
Update:after speaking with the manufacturer they were kind enough to send me a new pump. They had changed the new orders to have this new kind of pump. I received it in 3 days. It’s a great pump works soooo much faster by pumping both directions. It’s basically half the time to pump as the other one did. The customer service was great and even followed up with me to ensure I liked the new pump. I’m glad to hear that any new orders will have this new pump. It sounds like the others were defective. I will say you will love these boards and the pump. Very good quality. Thank you Crew and Axel for being so quick to help me out!The pump is crap. I purchased two of these boards and after only 4 times pumping them both up, both pumps valve burst off. According to the instructions the board should not exceed 15 psi. They both burst at 9 & 12 psi. So now I have to spend even more money to purchase a new pump to even use these. Yes they are very nice boards, packaging is great and good quality. My kids love them. But I’m extremely disappointed in the pumps.

Great beginner ISUP
Received my board and inflated it with an electric pump from Crew and Axel** and left in my garage overnight to check for any air leakage. The next morning the board was still holding pressure well. I took it out to a launch at a nearby creek, and took it for a spin. It did wonderfully. I was able to maneuver over shallower areas (while getting the fin caught a few times) until it opened up into deeper water. I hadn't been on a board in awhile, and I wasn't expecting an inflatable board to feel so solid. Had a great time, and am looking forward to using this board again in the future. Time will tell on durability, but I plan to keep it inflated while storing it.Pros:CostLightweightStableBeginner FriendlyDurableGood Customer ServiceCons:Fin is difficult to seat properly initially (Crew & Axel responded quickly to my questions and sent a video)Storage Bag is nice, but could be easier to store the board if access was on side, instead of on top (Not really planning on using it much though)**I highly recommend purchasing the Crew & Axel Electric Paddle Board Pump, it was a great price, uses the car outlet for power, and has auto-shutoff at PSI set by a knob. It's noisy, but gets the job done, so my arms don't feel tired before I even get out on the water. All in all, great value!

Shipping is NOT FREE! Buyer beware!
Approximately a month after receiving my paddle board I got a hefty bill from Fed Ex. The listing states free shipping but it is nowhere near free! I am NOT HAPPY! There were far nicer boards but I chose this one for the price point. I could have gotten a much better board for what it cost me with the surprise shipping bill added to the cost.

Superior customer service overall great board
I ordered this SUP as a Christmas present and the box arrived very damaged, the board itself had a bit of damaged to it too. I contacted the company and they were so responsive and easy to communicate with. I sent back the board and they sent back a new one that arrived in much better condition. As someone else mentioned being from Canada, I did not have to pay any additional fees for shipping or duties. We have blown up the board in our house as it’s very much winter still , and everything works as expected, excited for summer to get out on the lake with it! It folds up easily into the backpack as well. The only minor complaint would be the backpack could use a buckle or something around the middle as everything kind flops when walking, but an easy fix on our end.

Excellent quality and stability
This paddle board is awesome! Super stable, lightweight, great for beginners or advanced. I had issues attaching the fin and customer support was amazing…they worked with me until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend the board and the company. All around very satisfied!!

Crew Axel paddle board
This product is great. Got the paddle board Aug 26th and had it out a few times. Absolutely love it. This board seems to be wider than the one we got from wall mart. Its wider and seems sturdier. I am able to take it out with myself and my wife or me and my daughter no issues. Once you get going it cruises right through the water. Cannot wait to get more use out of it next summer.
