Have used this product for many years and have always been pleased with the results.

I never heard of this cleaner but thought I’d give it a chance since it wasn’t too expensive. I cleaned a Louis Vuitton bag I was about ready to put away and it looked so good. I then cleaned another I thought I had all ready cleaned and the cotton puff I used showed how well it needed a better cleaning. I also cleaned other bags and it was more like a treatment. All my bags look great now. So worth the price.

I would give this excellent product a 5 star rating but the senders put it in an envelope that was put through a crushing machine and the cap collapsed. So, bottle arrived empty - envelope saturated. Not to be discourgaged by that! This is a great cleaner. It needs a suede brush, which you can get at a shoe store. It is a small metal wire brush, like a small hand brush for nails or hand cleanup. Recommended product. Resotres suede with no stains or mapping.

You don’t need to use a lot! I had an oil stain on my suede coach bag…. I coated a little with the solution and used the tool I bought on Amazon to scrub gently on the fabric. It went away! Let it completely dry before adding more if needed, don’t drench

I have a pair of suede shoes that got really dirty at a bar (bad planning on my part). These were my first pair of suede shoes so I knew cleaning them would require special attention. I looked on Amazon for suede cleaner and after reading some reviews on here I decided to purchase this product and a brush (Shacke Suede & Nubuck 4-Way Leather Brush Cleaner). The bottle says to shake thoroughly, but unless you dump some out, the bottle won't shake and bubble the way that's recommended for use. I shook what I could and applied it to the brush I was using and started scrubbing gently. The bottle instructed to not saturate suede, but that's kind of impossible if you have a large area to clean.The problem with suede on a light surface (my shoes are a lighter brown) is when it gets wet it's almost impossible to see if the stains/dirt are being removed with the cleaning. I was worried that with how wet the shoe was getting from the cleaner that the shoe would get damaged. But I just went along with it because the shoes were only $30, so not the end of the world if they were permanently damaged. I cleaned both shoes and pat dried them with a towel. I set them aside and let them dry overnight. To my surprise, the next day after I came home from work they looked spotless. From a distance, my shoes look brand new, and that's in large part thanks to this cleaner. There is one small black imperfection on the outside of my shoe that I don't think will come out, but I think that was from the bar or me scrubbing too roughly initially when I was cleaning. All in all, I would highly recommend this cleaner and a good, soft brush, but make sure if you do get a brush you don't scrub too hard. Also make sure you pat dry after you're finished cleaning. Note that the shoes won't dry all the way, but pat dry anyway just to help speed up the process.
