finally a ready recipe gluten free flour
Several family members have gluten allergies. Instead of baking separately for them, I now use Domata for all of my baking and the results are wonderful. Plus there is no need to adjust the measurements. You simply use the same amount of Domata as flour.

great gluten free product
We make everything with this from chocolate chip cookies to waffles to fried chicken and it all turns out great. I don't care if it gluten or some other thing in gluten that causes the allergy, this product is perfect for my family.
