it is not working proparly. Also it takes to much to heat water..

VERY POOR QUALITY.Edges are so sharp that hurting on face nose chin. Very low quality finishing. Cheapest quality plastic. Very surprising NO Switch for On/Off. No safety in Operation and very risky in using this kind of steamer.STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THIS WASTE PRODUCT.

Quality wise this nice product I purchased few packs from Bhopal local market but the quality is not good as compare to I ordered from Amezon

God product. Searves the purpose. Be careful if you use directly to nose. It may damage your nose insides. Use in complete covered with shawl or blanket and distance should be atleast 2 feet from the steam excavator.

The maximum permitted water level seems to be the level where good steam generation occurs. Below that, the steam generation is poor. I chanced upon this discovery when comparing the ineffective steam vaporizers with the one I was happy with. This ones max level was higher, so I filled the ineffective ones to above maximum level and voila, good steam. So, I, now, maintain water level 1.5 inches below top lid.

This vaporizer is the worst one.Really this seller is literally selling the products for 250rs which can be available for the cost of 60-100 on the roadside.If you are lucky it might stop working within 2-3 from delivery where you can get a chance to return or replace your product or else it will get damaged less than a month and no chance for return or replacement.

Received a faulty product. But the seller is good. And got his personal and genuine calls (twice) about the actual problem of bulk manufacturing. 5% products are kind of defective as he said and it is out of anybody's control. He assured that he will refund the money. ( Or dispatch a replacement which I don't want).So I won't give extreme negative comment as the product is at low price and the seller is genuine as well as hardworking. Hope for the better products next time as everybody is using their hard earned money in this bad situation.
