Standard size fibre tablets but are easy enough to swallow. Best fibre tablet I’ve tried. Started with one as they are quite strong but now take two. Keeps me really regular and has helped (as part of my whole treatment) to lower cholesterol. Wouldn’t order anything else.Customer service is also second to none. I’m always trying to find an alternative to pure for me. Due to the crazy cost of that brand but sadly these did nothing for me and left me feeling bloated and untidy. I don’t know what Pure contain that makes the difference but you get what you pay for.

Fibre capsules, never thought I would end up taking them. I am on a diet, and everything started grinding to a Holt. These supplements help keep things chugging along. Capsules are quite large, and have a slightly musty smell and taste, but go down the hatch easily enough.
