The concept of this is brilliant, it worked for a little while then the spring broke but thankfully I received a full refund and can reorder. Occasionally the tape doesn’t ‘catch’ but once you get the hang of it this saves so much time. I used for tying in roses, wisteria and clematis etc to wires/fence and it saved a lot of time and effort compared to cable ties. Cheaper long term as well. The red tape isn’t the nicest green would be better but the plants soon grow over it. It’s easy to adjust to tie tighter/looser and was good for plants that you tied in then needed to change a fewWeeks later e.g peonies. Highly recommend if it would work, perhaps I received a faulty one or there a better quality ones available but the concept is brilliant

Great little gadget, took a little time to get the technique, but once mastered it's a treat. If it climbs, if it needs support, it's been taped. Only negative is that the tape is red, but apart form that great product and delivery.

Brilliant bit of kit for the busy gardener, tied all my raspberry canes in in 10 minutes would have taken hours with bits of string.

I used it several times and it worked great, now all of a sudden it wont pick up the tape ? i also bought a second one for my cousin and that one has also stopped working, unfortunately its passed the 30 days for a return so i have something that initially was a great idea but is now useless, i wonder if Amazon or the maker will send me a new one ?>??

I like this tool, one downside off it is that is wasting tape every time you tighten and you go for the next one is wasting some tape...overall it's a handy tool to have
