Because reviews get mixed on Amazon I like to to be clear what I am reviewing:“4 Pack Black Reusable Dust Face Guard with 12Pcs Additional Activated Carbon Filter for Outdoor Sport“I did not receive what was shown on the posting. I received a mask that has a Velcro band that goes across the back of your neck. Which is the one thing I dislike about the mask. The Velcro gets caught in my hair all the time and is irritating.As far as the mask. It is strong and I have re-washed mine several times (always in a mesh bag because of the Velcro would catch on my clothing) in order to wash you need to take apart the plastic four pieces that hold the extra charcoal cloth. It’s easy to do but sometimes can get difficult. The cloth itself is nice and soft. Apparently I’m told that because the vents open and the filter is pushed to open when you breath out my air I am breathing out is not filtered and it is going outside on other people so it’s not protecting other people from me. It protects me good. I had surgery on my nose so it’s sensitive but I find pressure from the clip and the weight of the mask lays on my nose. I’m constantly pushing it up off my nose. Having four is good to keep washing them in between use. They line dry easily. I am mixed on the review. If you want the neck Velcro it’s a good mask if your ok w the vent opening it’s good, if either of those things bother you. look for something else. It’s good to know what you are getting. I’m looking for another mask.

These are my favorite masks and they last too, where at times, they are hard to get a hold of where this four pack is awesome. Not a stitch out of place, even after washing, the holes do not unravel, and easy to take the valves in and out of this one, where its just a twist to the left to take off, and a twist to the right to put on. Washes easily, NOTICE: TAKE THE VALVES OUT FIRST, and love how fresh they are between uses, just because of the ease of washing, to just throw with any of the other clothes. Easy to run and not loose breath where dual valves are just awesome for my running and skateboarding at the park with my girl....where she wears the same mask, with no issues as well. No cons, can't think of a single one, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Alterations I tried:1. String tied to ear straps to go over head. Reason- reduce weight on ears.2. Reversed the direction of the vents.(The masks come set up to only filter the air you breathe in, no filter system for the wearer breathing out into public space.) Reasons- a. to breathe in unfiltered fresh cool air. The summer heat makes it difficult to breathe. b. prevent my unfiltered exhales reaching people around me.*It comes with replacement filters which are useable, but smaller than the mask and somewhat confining 🥺 .*With the string attached over the top of my head, it stayed in place without stressing my ears.

They were awesome.

This mask is easy to assemble & reasonably comfortable to wear. When I went to get a blood test, I was told because of the side vents, it was not safe in the hospital. The vents hold back anything bad from coming in, but when you exhale, the vents do not stop your germs. It is the easiest mask I've worn to breath in , so anywhere but the hospital, it will be fine.

The masks work fine. It takes a bit of adjusting to get them to fit, but can be made to have a seal good enough to hear the breathing flap open and close on them.

So my work approved us to use these in place of disposable mask but my one complaint is that the loops that go over the ears will stretch over time causing the mask to sag if you don't make it tight. Other then that the assembly of them is fairly easy (even with out included instructions) and comes with enough replacement parts you wont need to buy some for a bit.

Les masques sont beaucoup trop grands et ne tiennent pas bien aux oreilles vu la ficelle de mauvaise qualité.De plus, la partie avant a une forme assez " spéciale" donnant l'impression d'avoir un bec ou un nez disproportionné.Quant aux aérations latérales, celles-ci finissent pas tomber au bout de quelques manipulations et quasi impossible de les refixer par la suite...Je suis déçu et ne recommande absolument pas ces masques!
