Amazon originally sent me the wrong product which was frustrating but it was corrected. This cheek and lip stain feels nice, more petroleum jelly feeling. The color is definitely spot on to the color on the packaging in person but seemed brighter (more true red) online. I'm not so disappointed though since this will be a lovely fall/winter color. It feels nice on the lips and looks like a nice berry color. I could see it being a go to color for me since i dont gravitae towards bold lips. As far as a cheek stain though, I don't know how well it will work long term. I tested it on my hand, left it for several minutes and it wiped away with minimal stain of color, so it may take a bit to build. For the price, it could be worth it to try it out. I will say that it has a nice moisturizing feeling to it which is a major perk to non powder products.

The texture of this product was very sticky and difficult to blend with a brush or sponge (so I had to do so with my fingers). It's a very vibrant hue, which I love, but disappeared after I wore it outside for 2 hours. Very unfortunate for such a pretty shade.

Such a great color and amount of pigment. You can make as dark or as light as you want.

I originally got this for my daughter to wear as performance makeup at dance competitions. However, the color was not red enough for that. This is more of a wine red, so she has just been wearing this as part of her everyday makeup. She prefers this on her lips because the color looks nice with her complexion. As a blush, a little goes a long way, and she felt it was too tricky to get it light enough.
