Another exceptional book !! Jeff starts hitting all the key ingredients in managing a successful salon. The customer is the cornerstone of the business and attracting, developing and contining to maintain that relationship is essential for a successful salon . In addition, Jeff covers so many other aspects of running a successful business from selling retail to remodeling and renegotiating your lease. This should be on salon owned self as a guide to always read and make continuing references to be successful business .

Just a really good book to read when you feel at your wits end. I recommend highly. It is also a fast read.

Insightful, helpful information all salon owners should have
Grissler does it again with another must-have book for salon owners. The author cuts right to the chase, with distilled and easy-to-follow advice that simple after you've read it, but is so commonly missed in the workplace. If your business is in a difficult period or maybe has simply stalled, this book will give you insights you can put to work in your salon now!

Bravo!!
Yet another amazing book by Jeff Grissler. As a 30 year veteran in the Salon & Spa Industry I still find golden nuggets of information in Jeff's books, especially this one. I highly recommend it for every manager, salon and spa owner or entrepreneur considering the industry.Jeff always gives practical advice that can be easily executed to build a sustainable business and keep it that way.
