The on/off feature only worked once. About the 5th time it had a pinhole leak around the connection the next time it was a big leak and did not work for the purpose we bought it for which was to bath my handicapped mother, I ended up getting a wetter bath than my mother. I went and bought another more expensive one and it has a life time warranty. This time I saved the recipt.

Let me start with a bit of background of my apartment. I live in a studio in San Jose, CA. The complex is older, and was probably built in the 80's. When I moved in last month, the complex handyman informed me that there is no water softener for any of the units. This caught my attention. The water in California's Santa Clara County is notorious for being hard. Even with a water softener the water cannot be completely free of calcium, so with no water softener it would only be a matter of time before limescale started setting in.Since I'm renting, I researched how I could soften my shower water in a cost effective way. I bought a 15 stage shower filter, but wanted to filter out more of the calcium out so I bought this shower head.This shower head is of decent quality. It's simple to assemble and attach. I especially like how it has an on/off switch, so it's easier to bathe my dog now. The massage setting isn't great, but it's not much worse than other shower head's massage settings. Its filtering power on its own isn't that strong, but when used in combination with my 15 stage filter I saw a noticeable difference in water quality after I attached it.For those who are complaining that the water is not flowing out straight after a few uses, IT'S NOT THE SHOWER HEAD'S FAULT! IT'S HARD WATER!!! The same issue happened to me because as mentioned previously the water in my county is notoriously hard. I put it in CLR for 3 minutes, rinsed it with cold water, and it went back to the way it was. For those of you who buy this, please do not forget about limescale.In conclusion, I love this shower head. It's stylish, easy to install and use, and it helps with filtering out hard water. I feel much more comfortable showering in my San Jose studio thanks to it. Granted the 15 stage filter is doing most of the work, this shower head is helping and is very cost effective in my opinion.

I bought two. Both started leaking between two and four showers. They leaked at the ball joint, which is an integral component. It's not like I could use teflon tape like I did on the threaded connections. The problem cannot be fixed. It wasn't a little leak, it was a significant and forceful jet of water that shot right at my eyes. The product is not chrome. It is cheap plastic.When it worked the first couple of times, my hair felt softer so the filtering element was having a positive effect. It's unfortunate that I wasted a bunch of time installing and then uninstalling and returning them. I should have known something so cheap wouldn't last. I bought something more expensive to replace them and have been happy with a higher quality product from a different company.

This is garbage. It sprays in different directions outside of the shower basin and lacks pressure. Avoid buying!

The connection to the water supply leaks continuously due to thin material unable to hold shape when torqued to a firm connection.The adjustability of the hand held unit in its cradle is a failure. There is complete flexibility in the ball joint so that there is only ONE position of the head in the cradle- that position is dictated by simple gravity. The joint will not hold any other position. In the next month, I will search my hardware sources to find ( hopefully) the right parts to prevent leaking, and hold a spray position I desire. So I still have expenses and work ahead just to get the item to function properly. Removed unit form service - the leaks drive me crazy, and the Fine misty spray required hotter water, increasing my water heater use.

All in all this is an okay at best shower head. It is a plastic constructed shower head/wand that leaks in several points no matter how tight the leak points are.The unit I received comes with the shower head and hose. It is an easy install, however, it leaks from both points on the hose line no matter how tight you have it. Yes there are "o-rings" in both ends that should theoretically prevent leakage. The on and off switch located on the handle also leaks but only in the off position. I am unsure if it is leaking from that point due to the pressure build up when not flowing or if it is a design flaw.On the plus side it does create better pressure on the head itself and looks and feels like it is flowing stronger.If you are looking for a shower head that is affordable and don't mind the overall quality of construction ... this is it!

I really enjoyed this shower head. One thing i noticed is that it makes my skin way more dry than my old shower head. Another thing, if you have sensitive skin, don't get. The shower pressure is really strong, sometimes feels like needles lol. Another thing is that if you live in an apartment and your water does not get hot enough, i would not get this. After two months use, the shower head started to spray in different directions and by the time it would touch my body, the water was cold. It did not used to do this, but now it does. I have had it for 3 months. Kind of a ripoff and not worth the hype. You have to buy a shower hose separately too and there are other shower heads WITH the hose for cheaper than what it would cost here.

Easy to put in. But not alot of difference from old head

When I first bought this showerhead I loved it. The pressure was great, the features all work properly. And it was very easy to install. After a month I noticed that it was spraying in different directions, so I took it apart to clean it. And that seemed to work. But assembling it back together cause more problems. It took a couple more days before I finally got it to install correctly. And then one day it suddenly sprung a leak and there was water everywhere. Upon inspection I noticed that the silver plastic ring that screws it all together had split. No fix. I contacted the seller, who gave me the run around for a good week before I went out and bought a shower head from a local hardware store. If customer service would have been helpful and sent a replacement my review would have been a bit better. But ultimately the shower head didn't hold up for more than 2 months.

Shower head only. Didn't notice that when I purchased but it was fine since I had the rest of the hardware already. I had to add electrical tape to the threads cuz it was leaking originally but I fixed it and it works well now. Had it for about a week. Pressure feels nice. Some reviews I read complained about the water pressure being too much but it was less pressure than I thought BUT with that being said I think its a good amount

Honestly this product exceeded my expectations. I saw it on TikTok and thought it probably isn’t gonna work. But it was a good price on Amazon and I thought let see what the hype is about. Wow is all I can say. This makes me want to live in my shower. Also has my teenager fighting with me to shower first in the morning

Best shower head I've ever owned. The pressure is amazing the water does seem clearer and you do use a lot less water because of the pressurized system.
