I recently tried calamansi honey in a cafe in NY and loved the flavor. Then came my hunt for calamansi honey, this was the closest I came to finding anything close. The flavor of calamansi is very faint but the texture of the honey is very creamy. It is not too sweet but I prefer it that way. Overall not what I expected at this price point, a bit disappointing.
