My Best: Joël Robuchon

I love easy cooking so when I bought this book I knew it’d be a challenge. When I opened the pages, I saw a beautiful piece of art. Robuchon did a fantastic job displaying complex recipes in a way that even a novice can understand. I can’t wait to spend an entire weekend making these delicious recipes. I would highly recommend to those who love cooking and want to level up the skills and try something new.

Do we really need the dove's head with eyes and feathers still attached? I don't eat birds (or cows and pigs and lambs and deer and rabbits, etc.) so I find it an unnecessary cruelty to include that. It's callous.

Love all the signature recipes shared. Hard to find these secrets just by searching online
