Seem to be working. I take with zinc daily. Following the Zelenko Protocol. Two pills equal a dose but I only take one pill. I also like that these have better other ingredients vs other brands. My sister and her husband ordered some as well, I have given them some of mine and they swear it helped them avoid getting sick around others that were sick in the house.

This is a top drawer histamine supplement. Highly recommended.
