The media could not be loaded.  I wasn’t particularly impressed with the normal stand-alone incandescent light bulbs for my workshop/ gym I’m building in my newly bought house. One. The light was less than impressive. Two. I was afraid of smashing glass bulb while working out. Bought a set of two to test. They went in easy… just screw it in as a traditional bulb. The directional paddles were great. I can point the light where I want in the room. I’ll be adding a second set to the other side of the room. I can’t speak to the longevity of these bulbs as I saw that might be an issue. But they have been working as expected for about a week now. I added the video to show the difference in lumens

I used these in my 3-car garage with high ceilings because LED bulbs simply do not provide enough light to work on the car. I put these lights in all three bays and solved the problem perfectly.These are not only brighter, but they are directional so you’re not sending light up into the ceiling like a normal light bulb. They have a daylight color balance so everything looks normal, and the light panels can be individually tilted from straight down to straight sideways (90 degrees). This is handy for instance if you want additional light on a particular bay in a 2-car garage; the work bay can have them all facing down, the other car bay can have one or two facing down and the others pointed towards the work bay.I also put these in the furnace room which was also ill-lit with a single bulb and now every corner of the room is lit!These lights screw into a normal bulb socket but in case you have some ancient style socket or no socket at all they also come with one.I can’t comment on the longevity as I just installed these but I’m very pleased with the amount of light thrown as well as the ease of installation.

With this set of 2, one unit failed after 4 months. I had to be persistent with Amazon's automated complaint button. I asked for more assistance even after they said I was past the 90 day mark. They sent me to the seller, who was happy to replace. These are easy to install - just screw in like a light bulb! Nice and bright. Will purchase again.

First of all, these lights are great, and for them I give five stars. I docked a star because of a serious safety/fire hazard, and that is the two included plastic light sockets/fixtures. The lights draw 120W each, according to the description and markings, but the two included light sockets are each rated at " <60W". DO NOT USE THEM WITH THESE LIGHTS!!! They would probably be okay with most LED light bulbs with low true wattage, but clearly NOT with the lights in this package.There is one other potential fire danger, depending on where these lights are used. For most uses, they are fine and safe, but for use in a barn (which is where I use them) they provide a great place for barn swallows to build their nests. These lights get HOT - particularly on the heat-sinks: prime real-estate for a barn swallow nest. Sitting on top of the heat sinks, these will likely catch fire.

Installation: unscrew old light bulb, screw in new LED light. This takes 30 to 60 seconds, depending on how fast you twist.Testing: do NOT stare at the LEDs and flip the switch to see if they're bright. Yes, they are. Also, don't look at the sun during an eclipse.One lamp fully illuminates my 2-car garage. I thought perhaps the other one would be good for my workshop, but it's far too bright for use in the home. Unless you live in some sort of castle, I suppose.Note that the four light panels have only one degree of freedom: pitch, but not roll or yaw. So the panels will always be orthogonal. This wasn't an issue for me.The box contains two plastic sockets, which wouldn't be code-compliant in any place I've lived. And anyway, you're just replacing lamps in an existing fixture, right? So why these are included is a mystery.Excellent light for the advertised purpose.

These are very bright. This shipped quickly and we’re very easy to install. We are very happy with this purchase

When my old dual halogen work light tripod blew one of the two 100w halogen I decided to upgrade to a bright dual LED. These garage lights with 4 adjustable panels worked perfectly! I could have gotten away with one unit but having two is amazing especially when lighting for spackling! I can illuminate the entire room and ceiling without ever having to move the tripod. They use far less energy, are so much brighter, cooler and durable than the wasteful dangerous hot halogens. I mounted them on two azimuth/elevation adjustable threaded bulb mounts also purchased here on amazon https://www.amazon.com/LimoStudio-Socket-Umbrella-Holder-AGG428/dp/B005D1OWEG?ref=pf_ov_at_pdctrvw_dp. The mounts also feature a power switch so I can power the lights independently. I rewired the fixture and added double outlets with 2 usb ports so I can charge my phone and power a small bluetooth speaker as well as providing power to tools.
