The only oven I use now
I bought this oven over a year ago. I have a nice, roomy kitchen with a new stove/oven since it's a fairly new house. However, I'm getting older and bending over to get things in and out of the oven was a royal pain. I saw this model at a friend's house, and she raved about it. Keeps the kitchen cool in the Texas heat, easy to use for any baking, air frying or roasting, replaces the toaster and air fryer on the counter and can handle a frozen pizza super well. So we bought it and love it. There are only a few things we don't like, but can easily live with:1. The bell that signals the end of the cooking cycle is almost silent. It is at best a mild tinkle.2. It is easy to wipe down the oven, once it cools, but the top inside is very hard to clean. The fan and heating elements block the top area. The sides and glass window are very easy to clean.3. I have been very unsuccessful in getting another solid sheet so I can do French fries, roast veggies, etc. The size is not standard and the company doesn't sell them online. I line the sheet with aluminum foil now to facilitate cleaning. When this little baby finally stops working (it's going strong for over a year now), I'll definitely buy another one. At this price, it's a no brainer.

The fan is not supposed to run constantly!
Our first one arrived and I plugged it in and turned it on to ensure it worked. It was on for about 10 seconds and I turned it off. The fan proceeded to run for a half hour before it shut off. It was actually exactly 30 minutes, which made it seem like it was supposed to do that. But that's ridiculous. We returned it and got a different one, same exact model. And that one does not run after it is done at all. We ran the oven for 15 minutes to make dinner at 400, so it was plenty hot. No fan weirdness. So all of you in the questions above saying that yours runs for so long afterwards, it isn't supposed to do that.As for cooking, we really like it! Intuitive screen, easy to push buttons, and it seems to work quite well and be quite accurate on temperature. Our previous one by a different company ran very hot, we always had to adjust temperature by 50 to 75°. As far as I can tell, this one is fairly accurate.

Mine works well. Is convenient. And requires trial and error.
This is regarding the model with the LED touch screen control panel, not the manual control.I've just been using my Chefman for two months. There are already so many reviews there's no need to add another. I'll just describe a little of my experience so far. First, I'm a senior, a male, and not an experienced cook. I don't care much for frying and almost never use an oven. I've used my Chefman for baking a spaghetti squash, baked potato, making noodle casseroles, some really good pizzas on English muffins, on naan and pita breads and on tortillas. Baked chicken and thin pork pieces, roasted vegetables and potica or nut roll which eventually turned out edible after I sliced it and baked it again. That's one of those things I definitely need to experiment with to get proportions and time dialed in. But, it was definitely pretty good when I finished. And easy things like sausage patties and hot dogs. Youtube is valuable. Watch how they do it and then do it your way and modify to fit your own set of ingredients. The light in the oven works well. The air comes from a pretty good size fan in the top of the oven and is pretty strong and the air will quickly lift parchment paper or even foil in ways not good so food needs to be placed so that is avoided. The drip pan is not coated so mine is already covered with several spots of baked on character marks. The top of the oven is 1" below my wooden cabinets with no problems. I have a teflon cutting sheet lying on the top with no damage. My cooking oil and plastic spice jars are sitting 1/2" off the side and are undamaged. The front gets toasty so should be kept clear anyway. And the hot air is vented directly out the back but has not affected the cabinets but you should be sure your wall is protected. The spacers on the back stand the oven off the wall a small amount. During cooking the process stops when the door is open and resumes when closed again. And yes, the fan and panel illumination remains on for several minutes after cooking ends and you can't do anything about it unless you unplug it. But the heating elements turn off when the counter reaches END. You can also end the cooking with the start/stop symbol on the display. This is part of the list of things I've achieved. There's more but mostly variations of these things. The Chefman is very easy to use. I will always have one. But, just as yesterday, I reverted to my stove top to make the ingredients for a half dozen breakfast burritos because it was just easier to parboil my potatoes then chop up my sausage and brown it, add and cook that together then add the eggs all in the one skillet. And you will still need to keep your microwave nearby. I heated up one of my burritos today one minute in the microwave in stead of turning on the Chefman for five minutes or whatever it might have required. The Chefman is a Toaster - & - Oven. Here's the bottom line: Anything you THINK you can cook in the Chefman CAN be cooked in the Chefman. If it Fits. If it won't Explode or spontaneously Combust. Try it!My disclaimer - I am cooking only for me and don't have the responsibility of providing edible meals for anyone but my dog and me and he (the dog) is easy to please. As Napoleon Hill quoted: "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

Love this
Love this all in one. Replaced my toaster oven and seperate air fryer saving my space on my s l counter. My 8yo is able to operate it. It's cook food very nicely. I was worried I wouldn't like the air fryer since more narrow than my previous on but it makes food delicious. I got liners for the bottom crump tray, line the pan with tin foil and got air fryer liners for easy clean up.

Very impressive for a countertop unit
Like: Just fit under my cabinet. Nice look, although not truly black stainless in the true sense. Doesn't match my refer which is a mercury color, but this is plain black, but still looks nice. Nice presets, unlike my last unit which all were set at 400 or 450. Everything so far has turned out perfectly. Toast was just right, huge baked potato baked at only 45 min. at 350 which surprised me. My clam strips were great. Very quiet! That was a relief.Tentative: The temp go up at 25 degrees intervals. Should be at 5 or 10 degrees. Unit lights up well but I was worried that lights would stay on. After 10 minutes or so they all go out except for the Start button. Nothing about this was mentioned in the manual, that I saw. So it's fine but wish they would have mentioned it in the manual. Other than these two things, everything is great and I'd buy it again. Last thing to review will be how long it lasts.

Easy bake oven for adults!!!
This works phenomenally, I am a terrible cook always burning/over cooking my food BUT not anymore. The only thing I don't like is how easily the trays stain. I even use tinfoil on bottom tray for easy cleaning and still the 2 trays at bottom have oil/burn stains that you can't remove. I had toaster oven that cleaned up beautifully by comparison so not sure what is different in materials but I wish they didn't stain so easily.

Excellent Purchase
I first started researching Air Fryers because after having a large family I found that oven was no longer needed as much as it was in the past. This Air Fryer is perfect for us and has been put to use a ton since we have received it. It is super easy to use. It has replaced our other counter top appliances. The biggest bonus is it makes me feel a lot better having the grandchildren use it to bake cookies or make toast on their own.
