Zipper busted after a summer's use.. also even when the zipper did work, it wasn't sealed so if you had ice that turned into water it could easily leak out if it wasn't held upright. Overall though I had a great summer with it and found that it could keep a pretty cold temperature for a solid afternoon/evening of fishing, I will still continue to use it. Perhaps I busted the zipper by cramming too much crap in there and not wanting to unfold it into its full size.. but still the zipper seems a little cheap in my opinion.

I bought this used from amazon for $18 with the understanding through other reviews, that the zipper may be un-usable. Sure enough the zipper came broken but, it's such a cheap zipper it was always destined to fail. I place self-adhesive velcro on the inside of bag and it worked for me, I just needed something to separate the fish from other stuff inside my cooler. The bag itself is decent and it was almost new. I would NEVER have bought or kept this bag if I needed zipper to function. All reviews regarding the zipper are true and this is coming from someone who kept the bag.Amazon gets 3 stars, I deducted a couple of stars because their rating "USED-GOOD" is supposed to be fully functional and with the zipper broken upon arrival they fell way short of that discription. But thanks for the bag anyways, the rest of it was in good shape.

Unfourtunatly this product did not hold up to its name. I bought this product back in may but was unable to use it and test it until last week. My first trip using this bag and my Zipper busted when I tried closing it after loading it with fish and ice. Luckily I had a back up cooler in my truck. I was really looking forward to this bag working out for me because it was convinient to have on my Kayak but it didn't work out. Does anybody know how I can return this item possibly for a better or upgraded one???

LOVED THE ITEM WHEN I RECEIEVED IT. BUT THE FIRST TIME USING IT, I COULDNT EVEN ZIP IT UP! ZIP WAS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY AND WHEN IT DI WORK THE ZIPPER UN CONNECTED AND NOW DOES NOT WORK AT ALL...ITS ONLY ON ONE SIDE AND NOT A GREAT ITEM...SUPER CHEAP!!! NOT A GOOD PRODUCT!!!

Zippers broke within 5 mins. Insulation material is cheap and absorbs water making drying and storage difficult and I'm sure incubating mold. Returned immediately.

The bag worked well to keep the fish cold. After using the bag one time, the zipper broke. I was unable to repair it. I would recommend spending a bit more money on a more rugged bag.

Not satisfied at all, for the size of this bag it should be able to handle more weight, I was able to fit a 40 ulua in and zip this bag up and as I lifted it the stitching on the straps immediately came undone, first day fishing with it and it completely fell apart. Better off spending double on a better bag.

The zipper broke the very first time I used it. If you buy it, I would expect the zipper to wear out. It is simply not robust enough in my opinion. I like other aspects of the bag, but it's completely useless without the zipper. I'm also irritated that the return window closed. I am tempted to give this product one star, but, it would be great if the zipper were more robust.
