Here’s a dish you would expect to find in finer restaurants or in the kitchen of a cook with plenty of skill and time. At Fishpeople we were inspired to create this seafood entrée using sustainably caught Pacific Coast Dover Sole combined with a light sauce on top of two kinds of rice, capers, organic Meyer lemon juice, and other fresh ingredients. Feel free to crack open a bottle of good wine, bring out the white tablecloth and enjoy this elegant and healthy seafood meal.

EXTREME RIPOFF, LET THE BUYER BEWARE
A total of two slivers of sole in this dish, not like the pieces you see on the cover. They should have called it a pile of tasteless rice with a sliver of sole because what you are paying for a pile of flavorless rice.
