What if it doesnt fit right?I'm here to tell you this is exactly what you're looking for!The non-enclosure buttons on the front need to be reinforced and you should get it pressed to get rid of the creases from shipping and to shape your collars lapel how you like it.Warm enough for northern michigan winter. So I'm sure where ever you are it will be sufficient, which is a hard earned rank that many coats of this style don't even come close to.

The description said 80% wool and 20% synthetic but the tags say 50% wool and 50% synthetic, so the description is wrong. It does fit like a slim fit so i had to reorder one size up. There is only one pocket on chest and it does not button up, but there are pockets for the hands and 2 inner pockets on the chest. The turtle neck peice is removable. Overall a nice looking coat, just order one size up if you are going to layer.

Purchased this and a Levi’s in the same size (Medium) and promptly returned the Levi’s after trying on. I’m a difficult-to-fit smallish medium and this was perfect. E.g. in dress shirts I can’t find an affordable fit between 14-14.5, 33/34 and 15-15.5 32/33. In t-shirts a fitted medium is best. Hoodies are best for me in small. Pants 29/30. I would still call this coat a USA medium (several other reviews found it to be smallish; I differ) but maybe considering it a ‘slim-fit’ or ‘fitted-medium’ is accurate. The Levi’s version was way too large to be called a medium (imo). This one was right-sized with a little extra room to spare for light-medium layering without ruining the tapered look. The bib does zip in/out.

So yeah I ordered a winter coat when I live in a warm climate in the middle of a pandemic when I’m not going out anywhere anyway. I thought it looked sharp and couldn’t resist. Hopefully someday I’ll be able to wear it somewhere. Enough about me, you came to read about the jacket. Here are my thoughts having not really worn it. I’d say it’s a slim fit and true to size. I prefer slim fit clothes and I think this fits perfect. For reference, I’m 5’10”, 150 lbs and got a Med. It’s not too heavy, I’d say it would keep you warm in the 30s. If you want to wear it in colder weather, you may want to go up a size and layer. The cut is as advertised, below the waist. Quality seems good, nice liner and I like the removable scarf. Side pockets for hands are good, and 2 inside pockets are always a bonus. not sure about the zipper pocket on the chest - a) it’s a zipper to nowhere (maybe you have to cut the fabric for a pocket, and b) I’m not a fan of a zipper on the outside chest. That’s my only complaint but I still give it 5 stars. If I think of it, I’ll update after I get to wear it a bit.

Too many shiny buttons, including on the shoulders (which you can't really see in the main photo). Looks like a costume from St. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Probably works in Asia but not here in the US for a man. I returned it and am going for something a little less adorned.

This coat is alright. It’s what I would call “cheap fancy”. It looks nice from a distance, but up close you can tell it a cheaply made product. The scarf part is really weird in my opinion. You can unzip it to remove it, but then you have an uncomfortable half of a zipper inside the jacket. Ultimately we ended up ordering a smaller size and then returning both because the sleeves were too long. I don’t think this jacket is worth it for the price.

The coat looks good, but the fit is in the small side. It does a pretty good job of keeping you warm - this coming from a Minnesotan. The removable dickie or neck gaiter does it’s job, but frequently detached from the coat along the neck. The gaiter is held around the neck of The coat by tiny buttons and small elastic bands that go over the buttons. The front zipper pocket is fake.
