Good speed jump rope. Definitely an upgrade from a regular jump rope. I see this one being no different than most other speed ropes though. I only gave it 4 stars because after a week the rooe has already worn out and the cable is showing. It did give a warning not to use it on concrete because it would wear down. But i don't have access to a gym floor. My advice, make it out of a material that can take concrete punishment

I have went through 7 different jump ropes .. and this is one of the best one for the price.comes with 2 ropes one for replacement im guessing. handle is whatever since it doesnt have any features other than just being a handle.Now the locking system for length adjustment is excellent, i really like the way it locks with philip screw.

Very nice rope, plus They give you an extra rope and hardware. The rope works well, very fast. It is also adjustable. Glad I bought this one rather then one of the others

The package arrived very fast and in excellent condition. The rope comes in a nice bag so it's easy to store. The rope itself is very easy to handle and the cord can easily be adjusted in length (as you can see on the 3rd picture). It actually comes with 2 cords. If you're looking for a high quality, light weight jumping rope, this is the one! Very satisfied with my purchase.

What meet my expectations was the smoothness of the rope. It's Very fast and performs very well. The mechanics of the rope are solid and easy to adjust/change out ropes.What didn't meet my expectations were the handles. The handles are not capped, I know it's nit picky but this is my review. Also, the logo on the handles rubs off/fades with normal use. My logo is smudging and I expect it to completely wear off soon. I don't have really sweaty hands either. If the handles were heavier or a little larger (and capped) this rope would be perfect.
