I recently purchased this used from one of the amazon third-party sellers. It has turned out to be more than I expected and exactly what I had hoped it would be. Everything arrived in perfect working order, just simply plug and play. The little fan is whisper quiet and can barely be heard, even when I'm right beside it. The lovely sound of the gently tinkling chimes sounds exactly like outdoor wind chimes stirring randomly in an intermittent breeze. It's perfect, and I absolutely love it!

New was under 20 bucks , insane price

The one star is for the price. I bought this very same chime, battery operated, for $14.99. While that was about 5 years ago, I cannot believe the insane price for this. IT'S EXACTLY the same HoMedics chime. Beyond the kooky price listed, the chime is wonderful.

is a great chime if they lasted longer. I have had 3 of these and just cant believe the price. All 3 only lasted about a year, the first one on battery was used 24/7 and the motor died but my mom had 1 she didn't use so gave it to me. I used the plug and used it 24/7 but the motor died in 6 months. I can't believe I found one at Value Village thrift store and it was like new. used the plug and only use it for summer months. Has lasted all summer and it now almost a dead motor, pushes air but not enough to move the chimes. Loved this little chime but wont pay this price. Sure would be nice if I had seen the price people pay, I would have put mine up for sale while still working

I enjoy the sound of my chimes, but mine will not stay on . After a short while they just turn off. I understand about the - + , space of time between chimes, but mine actually turns completely off. Are there a way to keep them on.

I love these! They have a beautiful sound. You control how long you want to listen to it. They are pretty loud; when I put them on, I hear them throughout the house. On windless days, or if you can't have the outdoor chimes, these are wonderful.

For peaceful meditation this are the ones to get. Both from outlet and on batteries this can be taken from room to room. Only batteries hold you back. Nice melody sounds like a higher priced chime of higher value.
