iTouch Sport 3 Smartwatch (with 24/7 Heart Rate Tracking, Step Counter, Notifications, Body Temperature Monitor)

This has all the features of a smart watch which you could pay 4-5x more for. This works great and at a very affordable price. I already had one, but lost the charger - so ordered a new watch. Now, I've got 2 watches that work great - and I still saved lots of money! It's a bargain...and looks and works like the much more higher priced ones.

Purchased on June 11, completely stopped working on July 16. Won't charge, initially flashed a barcode looking screen when placed on the charger then never worked again. Submitted a claim. We shall see if the company is helpful or not.

I had my watch for four months and so far no issues. The battery last more than a week.

UPDATE: After several emails the watch seems to be working again a of today. Hopefully it will stay this way!This is my second iTouch watch. First one lasted 4 years. Received this watch January 25, 2023. Set up was easy & it worked as it should. Two weeks ago the language kept changing to Chinese, English preferred. Was able to switch it back, but why should you have to keep doing that. Also, the watch no longer comes alive when you move your hand/arm/wrist. Have to tap or push the button to see the time. It's gotten to the point where the app no longer accepted changes to the watch. Trashed the app & reinstalled several times, but now the watch won't pair. Have contacted customer support from iTouch to see about a replacement.

Love my new i touch device, it has a lot of features and keeps me moving

I love this watch, however the font is smaller than what is on my Itouch Air. You would think with a bigger face you could have at least as big of font if not bigger. I could hardly see the weather, notifications and BPM on the bottom . The font on the text messages was especially small aswell.

This watch is amazing, there is nothing bad to say or dislike about it!!

I wanted to like this watch as it was inexpensive and had all that I needed. I didn't need fancy. However, I had to return one to the company (at my expense) and the replacement also did not work as promised. I did like the simplicity of the watch and the app. I just wish all the functions worked. I did not have any issues with customer service, as others have. They were fantastic.
