Bought for thoracic spine
I did not buy these cups for their intended purpose. I bought them to relieve pressure on my back, where I had a five section laminectomy in 1984. I tried them on my thigh first and found there was no way to release the vacuum, even on my thigh, without manipulating the side of the cup. So I chickened out.

This works very nicely, caution don't pump to high a vacuum, as it can cause water blisters, and possible scaring use good judgement. Nice to play with while watching TV.
